Went to see a concert nearby. Booked for over 500 on the weekend, more than an hour away from downtown Tokyo by subway, in a remote place. Self-service check-in at 3:00, don't know why we have to wait until 4:00 to check in, everyone is sitting in the lobby waiting. Room 412 has windows facing the railway, good, a train passes by the window every 5 minutes, please don't book here if you don't sleep well. The hygiene is good, the room is new, there are free cosmetics in the lobby, DHC small bags, good. There are also free water and ice machines. The udon restaurant next to it is 3 minutes walk away and it's delicious. Breakfast ends at 9:00, I didn't eat it.
This time, after the epidemic, I set foot on Tokyo again. I booked this hotel in advance. The overall health environment is good and the service is satisfactory, especially the breakfast at the Northeast Ranch is very satisfactory.
The room is newly renovated and very good. The waiter is very good. I left my phone at the front desk and forgot to take it. The waiter kept it for me. Thank you very much. The hotel is very close to the subway and the surrounding business is very developed.
Excellent

Sanitation: Very clean, even Japanese hotels are clean.
Environment: The surroundings are good, right next to the subway, it's not an exaggeration to say it's right at your doorstep.
Service: Hotel services are in place
The large communal bath woman was 18:00 〜 21:00 and was late so I couldn't enter. I want to enter next time.
The bath in the room was beautiful, so I soaked it in the bathtub with hot water. I was able to slow down.
I also wanted to use it. Thank you very much.
The room is tidy,
Complete facilities, warm and thoughtful service! The price is close to the people! It is very close to the subway station, and it takes only 5 minutes to walk there. There are also many shops nearby, so shopping and consumption are very convenient!
Location is less than 4 mins walk to the Fuchun train station. Room is clean though small. If only the receptionist could speak some english. A counter male staff could converse in better english and am surprised why he did not step up to help his colleagues. Well, I found out only the next day that the male receptionist and was rather disappointed.
Odor in the bathroom was very strong. Linens also had a odor of sweat and need replacing. Wanted a bright room but when I opened the curtains there was a wall in the middle and small windows on either end. The room felt dark. Otherwise I liked this hotel. Was clean and comfortable. Nothing extravagant. Great location, just minutes from the station, lots of restaurants, markets, and shopping. It’s a bit annoying that people use the common area to set up shop with computers, monitors, etc,
G cabinets and chargers and spread themselves out and work there all day.
GGuest UserA very memorable trip. I booked this hotel because it was close to the venue, and the actual experience was also very good. Check-in was done at the self-service machine. The room was very clean and tidy. The equipment and consumables were very complete. It felt a little better than Livemax. The hotel staff was also very enthusiastic. Because the laundry delayed the check-out, they did not charge extra room fees. The area around the hotel is very quiet, and there is a 711 within a few minutes' walk. It is about ten minutes' walk from Tobita, and the transportation is quite convenient. If I have the chance, I will stay here again
DDrugsVery good business hotel, on the left side of the door is Tokyo Foreign Studies University, usually you can go to the library to read a book and drink coffee, very good.
GGuest UserIt's not new, but it was clean. The staff were nice and attentive. I think it was good enough for the price. I'd like to use it again.
There is a FamilyMart nearby. There are also privately run restaurants. Is the parking lot at the facility, which is rented out for 1,000 yen a day, expensive? It seemed a little far away (about a 3-minute walk), but considering the time it took to get in, it was cheaper than the other places, so I used it.
