とにかく、駅の目の前にあるのでとても便利で、一面、雪でしたので助かりました。 お部屋にはシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディ&フェイスソープ、ドライヤー、カセットドリップ式のコーヒーメーカー（一杯分100円）、電気ケトル、小さい冷蔵庫、コップがありました。 シャンプーなどはDHCのもで良かったです。 スプーンやマドラーなどはなくフロントまで撮りに行きました。　冷蔵庫のききが弱いのでアイスは溶けてしまいました。 雪かきも良くしてくださり、スタッフの皆さんも気持ちの良い対応で心地よく滞在することができました。 お値段も安く、おすすめです。

The hotel is located just five minutes from Shin-Sapporo Station, but you must know how to get there. Keep looking for the Bivi sign and you will be able to walk all the way to the hotel elevator. Thanks to the reminders and instructions from someone on the Internet, we were able to find the hotel successfully. However, considering the comprehensive factors such as shopping, dining and shopping, it is more convenient to stay in Sapporo instead of Shin-Sapporo

I like the hotel as it is not in the Central Area where it is crowded, so very little tourist groups. Most of the guests in the hotel are local nationals. It is located next to a mall so very convenient for everything. A ton of food within walking distance. Admittedly the hotel is a little dated but it is vey well kept. The service is top notch although they mostly don’t speak English so you’ll have to use google translate to speak to them, which I did not mind. Had a few misunderstandings during the trip which was due to miscommunication. Also please note that the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, they would change all your towels, give you new amenties and empty all you trash as you leave it outside your room. They come into your room to refresh the room only once every 4 days. Which again I did not mind. I would rate it highly but I can’t give it a 5 having stayed in other better hotels, but this checks off a lot of boxes for me if you are on holiday and want something clean, well maintained, good service and nice.

The location of the hotel is super convenient, as soon as Shin Sapporo Station comes out. But the room is indeed old, and there is no separate quilt that is separated by sheets. The service is ok.

Overall, I was impressed by the hotel's excellent accommodation, delicious dining, and warm service. If transportation can be improved in the future, I believe it will become a preferred choice for more travelers. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends who are looking for a high-quality accommodation experience and can accept a little transportation challenge.

The subway station is close, there are convenience stores and supermarkets! I was able to stay at home with my family. I'm freer than the hotel. It was a great accommodation for my big family. There is also a kitchen, so it is easy to cook, bring in, and the food cost floated ♡ The family wallet was gentle and I enjoyed the leisure. I want to use it again!
