It is the third time I have been in this building for a night, and I reaffirm the courtesy, the gentleness of the owner, in booking a room even if I called under date. It cleans spacious rooms with a modern and clean breakfast, where you can find a sweet and salty, and offers you the opportunity to choose a book, to read comfortable in the room, the restaurant room, then offers the best of the local kitchen. I'll certainly come back with a good choice.

I was in this building for only one night, but we were very good. The rooms are clean and suitable, and the breakfast, international and Italian, is good and abundant. The structure is new and there is a gym and a restaurant (which we have not experienced, so I can't evaluate). A tip: I think the bar is better provided inside, we thought we had a snack but there was little variety. Since there are not many bars nearby, it would be nice to have this opportunity in the hotel

I stayed here in August in this beautiful hotel. A super welcoming place completely immersed in nature. Large and clean room, a small garden overlooking the rest of the room with deckchairs and tables. Covered and monitored car parking. You can use the swimming pool while staying in the hotel: a very large and clean swimming pool, there are also deckchairs, rocking chairs and tables so you can stay in complete tranquility. Breakfast offers a wide choice of sweet and savory, generally taken outdoors under a very welcoming porch. In this place you can find peace and tranquility both as a family and as a couple. Stayed here for a couple of nights. The room was cozy and nice and the building beautiful. However it was challenging to find the hotel with a rental car. It is located on a super narrow street. Parking for the car was quite poor, parking was located uphill and was tiny. Not suitable for a larger family car. Our room had an extra bed which was not good - very narrow (60cm?) and not comfy at all. Some of the staff was not very friendly, and should improve customer service- could have greeted more nicely etc. Also some staff members lacked English skills totally. The breakfast was ok but many foods offered always ran out (eg. scrambled eggs and bacon). The sounds from the courtyard and streets were not well blocked by the door or the window. The room was very hot if the ac wasn’t on. The key card to our room was not working well and on the last day it took around 20 minutes to enter to our room (and the help of 2 staff members).

Podere Castel Merlo è un gioiello di pace, eleganza, raffinatezza situato in Val Calepio a poca distanza dal meraviglioso lago d'Iseo. La struttura è curatissima nelle sue architetture: spazia da una sala comune finemente affrescata ad una hall accogliente ed elegante. Il ristorante articolato in più sale culmina con la parte verandata che affaccia su uno dei gioielli, il giardino con piscina circondato dai vigneti della struttura. Le camere sono fantastiche, ampie, elegantissime letto super comodo e bagno con doccia walk in da favola. Una chicca è la deluxe, un vero sogno! Ultimi 2 consigli: prenotate una cena al ristorante e fatevi guidare in una ottima esperienza dal maitre Umbro con il quale abbiamo anche fatto una eccellente degustazione che va al di là del bere i loro ottimi vini. Umbro vi dedicherà tempo, vi accompagnerà in un viaggio che non dimenticherete perché sarete conquistati dalla sua professionalità, dalla sua schietta e genuina simpatia. Ah, la colazione una vera coccola! Beh non vi resta che prenotare, come abbiamo fatto noi per festeggiare i nostri più cari amici che hanno ricevuto per l'occasione anche un gradito omaggio dallo staff, segno di una attenzione al minimo dettaglio pet gli ospiti. Good hotel, well located, everything ok, very friendly service, good and plentiful breakfast buffet, spacious and clean rooms, complimentary coffee and working refrigerator

I chose this airport Hotel Bergamo among many other hotels in the city because of the airport transfer offered to guests. We were not disappointed from start to finish. Check-in was easy. Our room looked so new, clean with comfortable & beautiful bed. Bathroom is also nice with bidet, walk-in shower & fresh clean towels. We checked-out around 4:00am. We were given 2 breakfast vouchers which we could use at the airport since we wouldn’t be eating breakfast at the hotel due to our early departure. We registered ourselves for the early 4:30am airport shuttle upon check-in and paid only €5. The hotel charges per room, not per person. It’s really a pretty good deal. As per instruction, we had to be at the lobby at least 10 min before airport shuttle departure time. We were alone in the van. The driver was so polite and gave us 5-star service. The staff at the reception also were professional and exceptional in terms of service. I highly recommend Airport Hotel Bergamo.
