Struttura stupenda, ottima colazione, camera bellissima, funzionale, pulitissima, qui un plauso alla Sig.ra Mena, responsabile ai piani, sempre presente , gentilissima. Alla reception personale preparatore e disponibile. Ahhh dimenticavo, cosa non da poco, l'acqua nel frigobar è sempre gratis. Grazie a tutti

I don’t mean to be combative in this review, and it’s partially my fault, however I asked someone to book this room for me, and they booked it incorrectly. I wanted a room at Hotel Bel Sit in Milan, and instead a stay at Hotel BelSito was booked. I asked for a refund and a cancellation three days before the booking, and they refused to cancel the booking and provide a refund. I’m told that it was made as a prepaid room/non refundable, however I think it’s ridiculous that any hotel would flat out refuse a cancellation and a refund. I contacted them several times with no response, and was recharged after filing a dispute through my bank. The Hotel said “ the goods were delivered in good quality” but again I never stayed here. I was going to a festival in Milan, and was supposed to be booked in Milan. I expect any reputable and good business to make exceptions, especially when the space wasn’t used and the hotel wasn’t fully booked. It’s a money grabber kind of scheme and I wouldn’t even bother booking here. It’s just not worth it if something happens to you for any reason, or if a mistake was made.

The hotel is very new. The location is away from the city center (which I prefer). Our room was spot clean and included a fridge and safe. The immediate area has everything you need. Lots of places to eat nearby. Free parking inside a gated area is a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I would like to make it clear that perhaps the hotels in the high-adige, with 4 stars are very different from a 4 stars like h. i Gigli, perhaps the selection criteria are different in Italy. In any case the structure has been presented in the average: PRO: Parking at the closed - a few minutes from Naples - a few minutes from the motorway exit, CONTRA: not very clean the structure, except for the reception and the entrance of course, I would say no at the height of a 4 stars, Bread in the morning almost unexisting, only toast bread, only one morning a kind dresser told us ”Leave it, I'll bring you the fresh”, a sweet pool, the robot was always shut off, and I think the filters were shut off. The bathroom at least in our room would be renovated (always because it is a 4 stars, if it were a 2 stars I could understand), In the second room was missing the telecommand, gently asked at the reception, the telecommand came the evening afterwards. Murmes on the terrace that were screwing. I took electrics for refrigerator and TV being near, I could light or one or the other ..... ma ....

I stayed at this hotel during a short holiday and we were delighted when we found it online as it was between Naples city and places like Salerno and amalfi. They advertise that they have shuttles going from the hotel to the airport, unfortunately by this they meant they would organise a taxi for you and this is where we experienced problems. We ended up having to get a 15 minute taxi from a nearby train station to the hotel which cost us €60. The taxi driver would not speak directly to us and told us we would have to book through the hotel. Trying to get anywhere was a nightmare as they told us the closest train station was far too long away to walk to and that we would have no choice but to get taxis. We were quoted €130 for a one way taxi to a neighbouring town. We decided to have a look online and found that that there was a train station 30 minutes walk away (s.vitaliano train station) where we could get a train to Nola and from there be able to get a train to almost anywhere. I was disappointed that the hotel had chosen not to mention this and couldn’t help but feel they were taking advantage of the fact we were unfamiliar with our surroundings to allow local taxis to charge us ridiculously high rates. I am not writing this review just to complain about the hotel but to advice any future guests that it is possible to get a train from close by to save them hassle and money. Besides this issue the hotel was nice. It was very clean and the cleaning staff that we ran into on our second day were absolutely lovely. The restaurant staff were also lovely. The staff at front of desk were helpful at times but also came across as cold and uninterested at other times. Overall, if we had been given the correct info in regards to travel I would have given the hotel a 4/5 but unfortunately that was not the case.

Stayed at the hotel for one night because it is relatively close to Naples Airport. The room was very cozy with a large jacuzzi and seating area. With a large and beautiful shower. The website misled us that there is a pool and when we arrived they explained that it belonged to a villa next door. The furniture outside was dirty too and we could not sit there. Near the villa there are works so dirty this was the answer of the reception. They offered us breakfast as a Compensation. It was coffee and croissant There were also some sausages and cheese. The area is beautiful and green. In the city itself Nola has nothing to do.
