Overall, my experience at the hotel was a bit mixed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which definitely added to the overall positive vibe of the property. However, I couldn't help but notice that the hotel was poorly maintained, which was a bit disappointing given the size of the facility. It was clear that the hotel catered to large events such as conventions and weddings, as the property was quite expansive. The decor was a bit confusing, with a mishmash of palace frescos and modern art that didn't quite seem to mesh well together. It left me feeling a bit sad, as I could see the potential for a truly magnificent hotel experience if the interior was updated and refreshed. Despite the tired interior, the hotel was clean and well-kept. Dinner at the hotel was tasty and satisfying, and breakfast was generous and delicious. Overall, while there were some downsides to the hotel, the friendly staff and good food made up for it to an extent. With some renovations and updates, this hotel could truly be a standout destination for travelers.

With family we traveled to Monaco and decide to stay for night in this hotel.. in reception I asked that can we field all registration with passports a little bit later, because our infant really crying and very hungry. I asked please give me the key of the room for my wife and infant baby that she can care for baby.. Georgia (name person from reception) told me NO!!! So we waited with crying baby when Georgia field in computer details from all passports also infant as well.. it’s really not humanly. After few minutes gave me the key of the room and I payed for the room. The room price was 102€ but she charge us 303€. Georgia special did this.. also gave us not working room key.. Georgia special did this. I came to reception again and told her that room key not working.. she made face like- I don’t care and and demanded the remove of the car from reception parking area.. it’s normal?! After two times unsuccessful to enter in the room.. we decide leave that hotel.. I hope that will not happens with someone and persons like Georgia never works reception.. room cleaners have better etiquette.

L'ambiente unico con camere che affacciano sull'impluvio di luce della reception rende l'hotel molto accogliente con la sensazione di avere tutto sotto controllo. Camere ben insonorizzate con materassi matrimoniali confortevoli unici e di marca. La pulizia è affidata a personale professionale ed affidabile, come la signora Giulia. La colazione è di buona qualità, senza restrizioni ed è affidata alla cura di Angela e Marika. L'accoglienza impeccabile della signora Anna, coadiuvata da Alice, completano le condizioni ottimali per trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità sui laghi che sono a poca distanza.

Wonderful hotel....a little out of the way....thank god for Google maps The bedroom was spacious and a well appointed bathroom We arrived in temperature of late thirties Evening meal had melon to die for which the waitress replinished numerous times Value was excellent One little crib Breakfast was okay The receptionist the following morning must and deserves a favourable mention Would I recommend Yes yes yes Old world elegance at a budget price

The rooms were very clean, tidy and the staff were smiling and happy to help. The check in was pretty quick, like the check out. The area where it's located is pretty convenient since there's a superstore almost next to it. Thank you for this amazing stay!

For the lasts years we stay with several driver teams of Villa Trasqua at Paolo VI hotel during the Mille Miglia. It feels like a second home. All staff is very welcoming, since most of them work there for years too it’s also a reunion. Communication goes very quick, they are open to discuss things and it feels like we are playing in the same team. At Paolo VI they understand hospitality. The place itself is very special. Don’t expect the most luxurious hotel though. Although it’s very clean and the breakfast gives a significant options. The inner garden is beautiful and tranquil. From the hotel it is easy to go by foot to all hotspots in Brescia. Thank you again Francesca and Nico and team! Looking forward to next year.
