Best Qualiano Hotels

Booked this hotel last minute and spent 5 nights from 30th May to 4th June 2023. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we checked in. We were given the Royal Spa Suite and the room was beautiful, complete with jacuzzi bath and balcony. The staff could not do enough for us and were some of the friendliest and most helpful we have met in quite a while. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them. We do have to single out one in particular though and his name is Valerio. Everything we asked was responded to within minutes and always with a smile. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay but Valerio even managed to find us another one for the day. He arranged transport for us, at very reasonable rates and Massimo our driver was another lovely young man. A top tip! Do not get a taxi from the airport to the hotel. We were quoted 100 euros, finally settled on 70 but the hotel charges half that amount. The continental breakfast is an added bonus. Finally, for anyone who fancies a day at the shops, there is a large shopping mall 10 minutes walk away with a great variety of shops and eating places. In summary, if you want a break in a lovely hotel outside Naples the Smeraldo Hotel in Qualiano, in our opinion, is a great deal.

Vicino all uscita dell'autostrada. Hotel provvisto di piscina e parcheggio privato, non rumoroso. Un pochino ”Anticoli arredamento.

Got booked into this hotel by a travel company by mistake.The staff have been fantastic and the hotel is clean and presentable,but the hotel is 30 miles outside of Naples and without a car you are stranded. There's no way to access food and not ideal for the disabled.

We hosted our relatives who came from outside Naples in this hotel for our wedding and we found a level of professionalism and attention to the guests that we had never seen before, plus on Monday 22 April we organized a fish-based dinner with 30 people in their all-fresh restaurant and super good. They made us look great with all the guests. The director Antonio is a helpful person who is always attentive to the customer's needs. Top

Hotels very recommended, I have been in this facility several times and every time I come back with pleasure thanks to the friendlyness and sympathy of the director and the fantastic welcome of all the staff that make you feel at home , It has been a long stay and it is always a great certainty

Io e il mio ragazzo abiamo trascorso una notte di relax in una delle Junior Suite di questo hotel scoperto per caso ma che si è rivelato una piacevole scoperta. La camera dal design rustico, così come il resto dell'hotel, l'angolo della vasca idromassaggio con finte decorazioni floreali e luci a LED colorate creano un'a**osfera intima, rilassante e suggestiva. La chicca che abbiamo adorato è stata la cassa bluetooth per ascoltare la musica in vasca! La stanza era dotata tutti i servizi necessari, la pulizia top e ci hanno dato la possibilità di cenare in camera ordinando dall'esterno (noi abbiamo chiamato Glovo, ma ci hanno offerto dei volantini di qualche pizzeria/ristorante nei dintorni). Abbiamo anche apprezzato moltissimo gli orari di check-in e check-out (si poteva lasciare la camera entro le 12.00 facendo tutto con molta calma) e la colazione poteva essere sia ordinata e servita in camera scannerizzando un QR CODE, sia consumata al bar (fino alle 11.30) in cui abbiamo trovato un piccolo buffet davvero ben fornito, variegato e con prodotti di qualità. Sicuramente il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo e siamo rimasti sorpresi e soddisfatti. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

The hotel was located close to beaches, local shops and restaurants. Hotel facilities also included a bar, restaurant, pool, hot tub and had ample onsite parking. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, and also offered delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotels room were a good size, the AC ran nice and cold (essential in the Neapolitan heat). The rooms were also spotlessly clean and comfortable. But, I would say what was really special about this hotel was the staff they were simply amazing, so friendly and helpful. Hotel Agora definitely had the family run feel with all the bells and whistles of a big chain hotel. I would say it is perfect for all groups families, couples and singles. I would absolutely go back!
