The old casino is completely re-structured, maintaining typical elements. The structure is immersed in the countryside and offers peace and tranquility. The room was spacious, clean and very elegant, and softly sleeps at night with the underground of the water flowing into the underground mull. Breakfast served on a panoramic and relaxing terrace is abundant and varied. There are many sweet and salty products, from eggs to cakes made at home, and I am chelyae and have offered me a number of gluten-free products. The only known farmers are the highly close and slim way of access to farming.

Although it is quite expensive, the dinner inside is so delicious, I admire the chef too. Very romantic place

We stayed here on two separate occasions. It was a lovely hotel. Well appointed, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfy and the room very nice. The front desk lady was friendly and very helpful. We were so happy that even though we wanted to eat at the restaurant on property and it apparently was close to closing time, they accommodated us. The food at the restaurant was very good and the waitress was friendly. The tiramisu was amazing. Breakfast was also very good. Lots and lots of choices as well as fresh cappuccino. One thing i really loved is that they provide individual thongs to pick up your breakfast items. Very sanitary. We are thrilled to stay again later in the summer for 4 days. Looking forward to it.

Se vi trovate nel Canavese non potete perdervi questo hotel. Pulito, lenzuola e asciugamani morbidissimi, camere ben arredate, con un balconcino e piccole attenzioni che rendono il soggiorno una coccola. Da menzione anche la colazione abbondante e assortita sia dolce che salata con il personale pronto a esaudire ogni vostro desiderio. Altamente consigliabile con anche ferro da stiro e asse da stiro, non ultimo Sky. Grazie a tutto il personale per la splendida esperienza.

We were looking forward to a stay at this hotel as it could have been the perfect location for us during frequent drives from France to Italy, unfortunately things started to go wrong from the minute we arrived. The receptionist told us we were not allowed to park in one of the hotel spaces at the front of the hotel, moreover we needed to pay for their spaces at the back of the hotel or alternatively park for free in the Lidl supermarket opposite. She said the front spaces were kept free for any local people who “may” want to eat at the hotel, even though we had actually reserved a table in their restaurant for dinner anyway. We felt absolutely unwelcome! Then we checked into our room. The door entrance to the room is difficult, the bed is hard and the lighting makes it impossible to use the dressing table for make up and hair, as does the minimal lighting in the bathroom. Dinner in the restaurant was not up to the standard we thought we would get for the price paid. I had to return my very rare steak twice although the waiter had previously assured me that the chef was happy to cook my steak to medium. The potatoes on my dish and my husband’s meal were completely burned and inedible.By the time my steak came back the second time, my husband had finished what he could eat of his meal. As I have absolutely never had to write such a poor review of any hotel, I asked to talk to Evis, the hotel Manager first, to explain my disappointment. We were not looking for a discount on our bill, just for Evis to acknowledge the problems we had faced. Sadly doing that seemed too difficult for her and she simply took the small price of the burnt potatoes off the bill. Her parting comment was that maybe we were not used to staying in a 4 star hotel! We left with the impression that this hotel does not welcome tourists and is only interested in “selling” the hotel to local people. We would not want to risk another meal or an overnight stay here again.

I was in this hotel to go to see relatives. Excellent welcome, they gave me an advance check-in free. The hotel is very nice and well maintained. spacious and clean rooms. It is 500 metres from the centre, but in a quiet area. I used the very equipped gym, open h 24. I was informed that it will soon open the adjacent restaurant again. Great breakfast with sweets made at home. I'll certainly return next year with my companion!!!!
