This is an affordable, clean, and well-managed B&B located at the heart of Cagliari, offering easy access to the old part of the city as well as the rest. The owner/manager is a kind and diligent woman who takes her work seriously and tries her best to accommodate the customers. She is a resourceful entrepreneur and also a highly educated person. She was very helpful to me and happily gave me all the information I needed about Cagliari and Sardinia. Next time I am in Cagliari, I will definitely stay at 'A View on Cagliari' again. Ali

Just what I was looking for, a structure that is suitable to my needs and needs, with all the comforts that helped to spend a weekend of absolute relaxation. The room washing basin, free water, coffee and tea, the possibility of check-in and check-out conveniently, the cleaning of the room, The collaboration with restaurants and bakery to delight the palace two steps away from the building that hosted me, are so many small chillies of a cake that made me feel like at home. This is added to the kindness and availability of Mrs. Luisa, who has written all the information that is useful to spend the best this weekend, including telephone numbers and apps to be downloaded to use the means of I am very happy to add, the structure has brought me luck, or rather has brought luck to my Cagliari, who has won. 5 stars all round! I stayed here for my birthday & the hosts are so hospitable. They gave us so much information about the island, how to get around & the fun things happening every night. Don’t hesitate! Just book a room here because you will not regret it! Staying here made my trip so much better. I came with my friend & we had separate rooms. The rooms are beautiful & were cleaned and towels were replaced everyday. They also have good security which made me feel safe. I will absolutely go back one day. Thank you so much Eja Sardinia! I’m so grateful ❤️

GGuest UserThis was an easy stay. A fairly modest comfortable, well furnished boutique hotel in Cagliani. Very well situated near the old town. We enjoyed our walk to the botanical gardens and the main square in the old town, where there are many wonderful, small restaurants. We could also walk from the hotel to the top of the hill and all of the walkways up there that sport amazing views! One caution: be careful not to book a room facing the street. That’s what we had our first night and it was very difficult to sleep with the noise of the passing traffic and pedestrians. Happily Hotel management was able to change our room for our second night.

The hotel is a beautiful design and the staff were absolutely amazing! Location was perfect as well beside the harbour and easy the main parts of the city. Rooms were a great size and lots of nice touches. The only real negative would be the pool area being quite small and limited pool chairs maybe 12-14 total. My wife and I were a tad itchy from the pool as well not sure what from. The inside of restaurant was unfortunately reserved the 3 nights we were there for weddings. we were able to sit outside for dinner but we did have some rain. The food though was absolutely phenomenal with neat creations and lovely desert ! 4.7/5 would be our review score and would stay again

WOW, Fantastic, charming, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, smiling, people who really enjoy their work and therefore make the client feel so at home. The hotel could have been a rundown rabbit hutch and it still would have felt great - but it isn”t. It's a cleverly designed, modern small hotel, each room (from what I saw) individually decorated but all following the same clean lines, very comfortable and calming neutral colours. Obviously the sea view rooms have the best views. Breakfast was delicious with a good varied menu and the hot course made on the spot. All in all a really delightful stay and it's ideally located right at the end of the Via Roma, 10 minutes from the train and bus stations. Grazie mille Eleonora, Angelo and Luca (Mattia in absentia) and of course the young ”breakfast” ladies.

PPatrik TomanovicWell we have not stayed st this accommodation. During to the illness we needed to return home earlier. We have asked accommodation for some compromise solution. They totally stopped to talk to us and even blocked any communication channel. This kind of behavior is at least nothuman and not friendly at all. So consider this when booking. I would ignore this kind of people in the future.

GGuest UserBeautiful little property in the center city of Cagliari, spacious suites and regular rooms. I chose a suite with nespresso facilities and a sofa area, and a regular room for my son and daughter.Wonderful breakfast on the terrace cooked with love by Gabriella. Tv offers Sky, Netflix and YouTube. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The staff is amazing and caring. A special thanks to Stefano, Simona and the big boss Ilaria who made our stay at the hotel wonderful.

I would highly recommend Hotel Italia. The rooms are pretty plain and simple , but clean and the bathroom has an excellent shower and modern fittings. The air conditioning worked really well and there is a fridge stocked with a few free drinks which was nice. Some of the rooms have balconies. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and only paper cups to drink from. The breakfast room/bar is nice and light and spacious and there is a lovely terrace area to sit outside. It was a bid odd that the terrace is closed between 10.30am and 12 noon, but the rest of the time it is open and we enjoyed a few cocktails there. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is really central. It is on a pedestrianised street so no traffic noise, we were on the 4th floor so well away from any street noise at all. Our only disappointment was the quality of the breakfast. Hot water and black coffee are put out in large silver urns at 7am with no insulation or heating, so by around 9am they are tepid. Consequently everyone was ordering fresh drinks from the coffee machine at the bar, which are great and for no extra charge, however it meant that one of the 2 breakfast staff was fully occupied making hot drinks. Therefore food on the buffet was frequently running out and not replenished. The choice on the buffet was quite poor. It would have been lovely to have some fresh, sliced tomatoes and also better quality bread. The pineapple being served was almost rotten. The cakes looked good. One of our party was Vegan and all they could offer was some gluten free cakes, dry crackers and bread. As we hadn’t made them aware beforehand of this, we hoped that once they were aware they may have provided something better the next days, but unfortunately not. Despite breakfast, I would still recommend this hotel for an excellent value stay in Cagliari! De

GGuest UserService was phenomenal, the staff there were very friendly and caring, any problem or request and my needs were met. The hotel is very clean, the area is quiet with no disturbances during our stay. Room was equipped with AC which was very nice after coming in from the heat. The room was clean, with the beds being very comfy. The only negative to this place is that it’s in the middle of no where, in order to get there from the airport it’s either a 2 hour walk (have to walk around the motorways) or have to get a €20 taxi. In addition to this, it’s another 30 minutes roughly bus ride to the centre, and a good 20 minute walk to the closest shops. The hotel itself was excellent however the location is a really big negative to staying there. If you don’t have a car it’s not worth staying unless you can sort out travel.

MMartafgc8I stayed in this hotel one night because I had a flight at Cagliari airport quite early.The strengths of this hotel: it has a free apartment for cars, it is 10 minutes' drive from Cagliari airport, it was clean and smelling. As I had to leave the hotel at 4:50 a.m., the previous day I warned at the reception and made a bag with some breakfast products (a fruit juice, a chocolate croissant, two toasts and a compot) - missed a small bottle of water and The hotel was very good, the room was very small, and the room was very comfortable. I would return to this hotel again without hesiting if I look for a hotel near the airport for just a few nights.
