We have been two days in Arezzo in this B&B. As written in the title is really 100 steps from the historic center: Duomo, municipal garden, Piazza Grande etc. The room is large, the comfortable beds as well as the efficient heating and the bathroom The kitchen/breakfast area is large and very lighted and a sense of freedom. The breakfast prepared by the owner with packed products is different, I think it is appropriate for the type of accommodation. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with lift. The comfortable parking is the Pietri parking where you can enjoy a free and pay-out area. You can reach the center in a few hundred meters walking or moving scale, the price is also online.

The hotel is very comfortable and very central. We can find the cathedral, the grass, the great square, the historic centre and the fort. Fantastic host!! Full of energy, very exhaustive and able to transmit the love you put in your work: vote 10!! Great room and provided with all comfort. We chose to add breakfast, which is convenient with the Café Vasari in the great square: excellent too! We'll be sure to come back!!

I like to start on the positive, the location is great. Central to everything within few minutes walk, a little tricky to get to by car but no different to any other historical town. The staff were lovely and helpful, but then realised that the lady running the breakfast is also the housekeeper and I think that says a lot. This hotel may have been 4stars a long time ago, but now it has sunk down to 2 starts, it is in need of a major refurbishment. We had a fairly spacious room for 3 people, but the colour scheme must have been painted by a colour blind painter on an acid trip! It was painted in lolly pink and sunshine yellow with contrasting skirting in mauve and brown! The fan in the bathroom was running all the time, making this suctions noise day and night! The breakfast was horrid! The same slices of cheese and ham were presented every morning, until the hedges started curling. On our floor there was a water dispenser, with the most horrid plastic cups, which were communal to everyone on the same floor! My advice to the owner, which lives in the hotel, is to take a road trip and visit other 4 star hotels to compare what is out there, because with the right refurbishment and the location the hotel would be a wonderful asset to Arezzo..

It is a small charming hotel located in the historic center of Bibbie, which dives its roots in the Middle Ages. The hotel is furnished in a refined way and the owners really want us to create a unique environment to welcome our clients. I would say that they reflect the style of the building and that, given its size, it is not so easy to heat it in winter months. Wi-Fi is acceptable and the nights are quiet and quiet, ensuring a pleasant stay. Breakfast is just a taste party between cookies, cakes and cakes made at home with the possibility of choosing among many types of tea. I can only thank the owner for her kindness and for all the small attention he has given us, we have been very good.

More than a holiday it has been one week of utter spoil that it will be difficult What striked me was the fact that nothing from the staff was an effort. I was working remotely so I was in the villa durinf yhe dau and in all the beautiful places i have been I never had that whilst i was swimming Lorenzo the gardener asking me if I wsnted a coffee at 8am. Upon arrival, an elevator that could not accommodate two people with two hand luggage. one had to climb the stairs. four floors!!! then a not very friendly attendant. and finally, the frustration of a bathtub that, like the elevator, barely accommodated two people. When booking, they should ask if the person was a little older, it was not advisable to book this room. We booked because it was a more romantic room, but it shouldn't be sold as a double room. the beds were twins with a space in the middle where you couldn't sleep together. It was impeccably clean, but the building's plumbing was very old, the shower was full of water and the bathtub leaked water throughout the room. the location was great and the breakfast lady on the day of checkout was extremely polite and kind. The receptionist on the first day left something to be desired…
