Very beautiful hotel! There is an orchard where you can have breakfast and enjoy it when the weather is good. The meal is delicious and lunch and dinner are provided. The service is very good! Very enthusiastic. If you are lucky, you can see the hotel cat Joseph
We stayed for 3 nights and arrived by car. The room was spacious with a really comfortable bed. The owners Mario and Sabina have really made a cozy hotel and were so welcoming when we arrived! If you plan visiting Pompeii with a car, the hotel has a large inside parkin lot and a garden, Mario even offered to leave our car in the after we checked out. Breakfast was great, and the cappuccino was amazing, one of the best I had while in Italy. Would definitely stay in Dream House again if I get the chance 😀 The hotel is also in the city centre, one street away from the main street and the Pompeii entrance is not even 5 mins away.
Super close to the Pompeii ruins and church. Many restaurants and shops available. Room was huge!!! Staff is so sweet and helpful. Air conditioning was nice and cold. Tv and wifi worked awesome. Tucked away on a side street but easy to find. We would stay here again!
Very Good

if you enjoy rude customer service and horrible wifi, the Hotel Palma in Pompeii is the hotel for you. After a peasant visit five years ago, we returned this week with a group of 32 for an overnight stay. To start, they didn't honor the rooming list we sent when we booked with them. At the last minute the put some of our party in undersized rooms forcing unrelated members of our group to share a bed. The front desk also failed to have our rooms assigned when we arrived, which is normal for large groups. I didn't see a single smile from a staff member the entire time we were there. And each member was greeting by the morning desk clerk when dropping off keys with an abrupt ”did you take anything from the mini bar during your stay?” Forget a simple good morning or thank you. One member had a water and bag of chips and was charged 8 Euros. What a rip off. Others complained that there was no shower curtain which caused the bathroom floor to flood with water. They had to use their towels to mop up the floor. Breakfast was a shadow of what it was during our last visit. The juice tasted rancid and the only choice of yogurt when I arrived was banana. The main problem was their weak and spotty wifi. It's 2024. You can't call yourself a high-end hotel without offering reliable wifi. I was in room 211. There was no wifi reception. I tried several times on my phone and laptop. The other hotels in Milan and Rome we visited had great wifi - not at Palma. When I went downstairs to let the overnight front desk clerk know, he refused to believe me and sent me back to try again, which I did. No reception in 211, but it picked up as you walked down the hallway to the elevator. Again he refused to believe me and aggressively debated me and refused to come upstairs to check. When I asked if I could use the desk in the front lobby to do the three hours of work I needed to take care of, he said no; that he had to clean the lobby - same reason he gave when he kicked four of us out of the lobby at 12:30am. No cleaning was done by morning. I sat at a small table by the bar to complete my work. Even there the wifi went out a couple of times. Other members in the group complained that their rooms were deadspots also. We will not return to the Palma. Rude staff, bad wifi, and a weak breakfast make it unattractive for the price.
The hotel is located in a relatively remote place in downtown Pompeii. Although the map shows that it is relatively close to the ruined scenic spot, it is actually quite a big circle to drive around.
The hotel is a small resort, and the room conditions are average, which is relatively clean. The yard at the entrance of the room is full of oranges, lemons, and grapefruit trees, which seems to be picked by the guests haha. The breakfast was average and there was too little hot food.
This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The owner Andrea went above and beyond to help us. He recommended trips, he gave us maps, train timetables and he even gave us a lift to the station. All the staff in fact are amazing. They are all so friendly and helpful. Well done everyone, it was a pleasure to meet you all. One last thing, the towels are fantastic and changed daily

Outstanding
We had a wonderful time at Antonella’s Zefiro B&B The location is ideal and it is a close walk to the Pompeii site, the train station and several outstanding restaurants are close by. The B&B is really nice (and so is Antonella) and most comfortable and convient. Breakfast was awesome! We also wanted to go to visit the Amalfi Coast and to see Amalfi and Positano. Fortunately for us, Antonella suggested we take the train and the boat to see the coast rather than driving and dealing with parking. She was a great help and this was a Spectacular idea and as we mentioned, the train station is close by. Thank you Antonella for a wonderful time in Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. We recommended B&B most Highly!!!!!!
GGuest UserThe stay overall was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff on reception very helpful! They helped to organise transport from the airport for us, which was very easy with a lovely and informative driver who advised us on things to see and what we were driving past! The hotel was lovely and clean, the shower and facilities amazing and just a fab stay overall.
GGuest UserCarmela, the owner, is an example of kindness and hospitality. We returned (two adults and two children) for the second time in your BeB and we again appreciated the perfect cleaning, availability and care of the guest. We booked both rooms available and, This time we felt like at home. Carmela cares carefully the comfort of the apartments. Also offers a varied and complete breakfast. A safety for a stay in maximum comfort and cleaning.
I've just had a 3 night stay here as a solo female traveller, and it was amazing. I had made most of my plans before I arrived so I didnt have to much interaction with Gina. Basically just hello and goodbye. But I knew he was available if I needed him Its quite a strange set up but it works really well. When you arrive you are given 2 keys, one to the outer door, and one for your room. No one is at the b&b except for a couple of hours a day. But I never felt unsafe at all. I had booked the green room with a balcony which over looked the main street. That was a mistake, unless you want to be woken up by street cleaners and deliveries at 5 o'clock. Apart from that it was perfect. The room is spotless. In fact the whole building is. Its on quite a lively street, but everyone usually disperses quite early on. It took me 15-20 minutes to walk from pompeii scavi station, passing the ruins on the left. Just keep heading straight until you come to the church square, face right and via sacra is right in front. I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend B&B Eco to everyone
LliVery good experience, I highly recommend it! There is a balcony in the room and the view is very good. The hotel is very close to the entrance of Pompeii. I slept well at night and was very quiet. The boss also helped me keep my luggage for free the next day, I am very grateful.
드드림즈 백승수It's a really really favorite hotel.
It may look bad because it's on the third floor of a building that looks a bit old
In fact, it was much better than a dizzy 3 star hotel!
The interior was good and the room was clean and spacious.
The terrace was good.
We arrived at this property and were told our accommodation wasn’t in the main building but instead two minutes away up the street. We were then walked round to accommodation with signage up for “Eco B&B”. When we asked about this were then told this was a “sister hotel”. Feel free to Google this but Eco B&B is a 2-star B&B and Diana is a 3-star hotel. The difference was clear from the rooms and there was also c.40 stairs to climb with your luggage with no elevator. The B&B accommodation is above very busy and noisy late night bars and restaurants on the Main street in Pompeii. We highlighted we were unhappy about this particularly due to noise concerns and had booked Hotel Diana not this one and were moved back, taking luggage again with us. In terms of Hotel Diana, this is a nice enough hotel for the money paid. Air con and tv work well. Breakfast was basic but nice and bathroom was pleasant. Luggage storage was available the next day. If staying at a peak time I’d just beat my comments in mind and try to arrive early. We were taken aback about what happened and didn’t get an apology at any point.
Excellent structure, a stone's throw from the station and the entrance to the Amphitheater of the excavations, ideal location. Opposite there is a supermarket and restaurants and pizzerias 60m away. New structure, well maintained and well organized. Noteworthy is the terrace with table and chairs for relaxing moments. Kitchen available, very complete breakfast buffet. Possibility to use the refrigerator for your own food. Very helpful manager. Price more than fair.
范范思location of the hotel is good, only a few minutes from the flix bus station, and a few more minutes to the train station. about 15 minutes walk to the Pompeii entrance.
(side remark about the pompeii archeological park, when you walk towards the entrance, there will be a lot of people telling you all the things to lure you to join their tour or get a skip the line tickets and audio and etc. don't believe in what they say. just reserve your ticket from the website or get it at the entrance.)
the hotel staff are very friendly, gave us a map and told us the relevant info of the pompei town, where to eat, where is the stations, and etc. breakfast is also good.
the room is a bit old and the bathroom is really small. maybe there are some better rooms but the one we booked was small.
8853judydMay 13, 2023. In April, Judy and I visited Pompeii with another couple who are good friends and traveling companions, while visiting Italy, Switzerland and Sweden. Our group has considerable international travel experience and each of us really enjoyed Mirosa Bed and Breakfast; the people and accommodations were great. It was an excellent choice. Of note, during our stay issues arose with a booked tour and related timing and transportation issues. Owners Mirosa and husband Pasquale personally took control and, through considerable effort on their part, made it all work out. Amazing hospitality and warmth all around, including a wonderful visit with kind lady who served breakfast. Thanks! MD & Judy Dell’Osso Crockett, Texas USA
