Best Parabiago Hotels

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights for an important event and had a great time. Clean and welcoming environments and ultra-professional staff: from the reception to the breakfast room to the floor cleaning service. The parking is inside the basement which leads directly to the hotel with a lift. Excellent is the only adjective I can use!!!! If I ever return to the area I will definitely stay here again!!!!

The rooms are relatively large, all on the first floor. It is accurate to say that it is a motel. The room has a door open and there is a parking space directly behind it. But far from the city, take a taxi to the front desk to call the car, 85 euros to the train station, very expensive. There are McDonald's and small restaurants nearby. Not expensive, there is a small supermarket opposite. If it is an airport car rental, it is okay, it is not cost-effective to always call the city.

I felt very welcome from the first entry in the hotel until check-out. Reception is very fast, well-organized and friendly. My room was well equipped and very tidy. I took a bottle of water from the minibar and wanted to pay it during check-out. The answer was that this is a service of the hotel - very kind. And the breakfast... excellent with quite a big choice! Not to forget the booking process via e-mail. It was quick and uncomplicated. I will definitely come back if I have another stay in Legnano one day.

Wonderful family run hotel in an extremely convenient situation in Legnano Italy. Clean rooms with beautiful bathroom. We spent 8 nights while visiting family. The team are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to assist. Stroll up to the heart of Legnano with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops and walk down to the beautiful Parco Castello (Public Park) for a peaceful walk.

I stayed at the Welcome hotel for a week last February...my husband underwent a delicate operation at the Legnano hospital, so I stopped at this splendid hotel. What can I say, a welcoming hotel in every sense, comfortable structure, excellent cleanliness and also excellent food with a plentiful breakfast and delicious dinner... but the staff, the staff is what struck me most about this hotel, the owners, the wonderful girls who work there and a gentleman who is always very kind, smiling, they pampered me... I was down because of my husband but with their smile, with their sweetness and discretion they made me feel at home. I found wonderful people who made me feel at home... just seeing their sweet smiles warmed my heart. Congratulations to all the staff and thanks again

This is a basic hotel, good for one night The room is large, clean, there is hot water. The breakfast was OK. There is covered and open free parking. Our room was at annex and second floor. There was internet reception. I asked to be fixed. They said they cannot. I asked for a different room they said they are full, which seem not correct.

Our 3-night stay was via a tourist agency, so the hotel wasn't our choice, but the whole group, experienced in staying at 3* Italian hotels, paid extra to get a 4-star hotel. This is what it says on the building itself - a hotel motel, so it is more of a 4* motel. The location is excellent if you are coming by car and don't mind driving to a decent restaurant, or want to be an up to an hour drive from Milan, nearby lakes, etc., with a place where you can get a shower and a decent sleep. If you are without a car and/ or want to have a nice dinner or drinks in the evening - stay away from here because the area around it is what we have called ”a ghost neighborhood.” The service is OK; I didn't have any terrific experiences, as stated on ***********. It gets a little bit noisy in the morning. The room is nice, clean, and well kept. The bed was relatively small for two but comfy. A/C was working excellently. You have a safe, a minibar, and several clothing hangers. The bathroom is spacious and spotless, but the shower is in line with the floor, so even though you pull the curtains, it still gets watery around. You get all toiletries and a hairdryer. I can't review the breakfast because the hotel said we, as a group, got an elementary breakfast due to their agreement with the agency. The hotel says that regular guests who pay (even) more get a more decadent breakfast, but we got a very poor one.

I stayed a few nights near the company's headquarters and had the opportunity to dine 3 nights at the hotel restaurant. Therefore, I had the opportunity to check the quality of the services in different circumstances. The first night I didn't know the reality and logistics of the structure, I was surprised by the courtesy and warmness of the welcome by Federica, came to me to make myself comfortable and to focus on dinner. The second night, all expectations from the first positive night were fully respected: reception, service, food and courtesy. The third was greater than expected, with excellent availability, professionalism and empathy, demonstrated by master Stefano and the sympathetic Nadia.
