Best Ornano Grande Hotels

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Locanda Del Parco Hotel. The staff was exceptional during our stay and helped us so much with any questions we asked about where to go locally and even connected us with my husband’s second cousin. Sarah, Sandro, and their father, Pietro, were so friendly and kind to us while staying at their hotel. The hotel is a great location for mini-day trips: Gran Sasso National Park, San Gabriel Shrine, Rocca Calascio Castle, and several local towns. The food was delicious. It was so good we ate all our dinners at their restaurant. Loved the pizza; they were great about recommending wine parings. The view from the hotel of the Gran Sasso was beautiful. We also loved that the San Giorgio church was directly across the street and attended mass there. We definitely plan to return as soon as we can.

Very good, the breakfast is good and the variety is richer. The night view of the room looking out is not bad.

Starting from the month of August 2022, I found myself in Teramo several times and the choice of accommodation has always fallen on this structure: the prices are very honest, considering the central location and the services offered. Although I have not yet used it due to personal habit, I can assure you that breakfast boasts a wide choice of products; in addition to the fact that it is always served on a tray by 9.30 in front of your room, I was able to ascertain that the staff pays some attention to food intolerances (I remember that I was asked if anyone present was intolerant to lactose or have celiac disease in order to take individual breakfast needs into account). The linen in the rooms is of excellent quality. The room is cleaned daily; as for the latter, its fundamental characteristic is a careful study of the spaces, between the sleeping area, kitchenette and bathroom, while always respecting the plan of the original building (I would like to point out that the bathroom, depending on the type of room chosen , can be internal or adjacent to it, i.e. conceived as a unit in its own right). There is an internal lift, as the property is spread over three distinct floors (the rooms are on the first and second floors, while on the ground floor you will find the reception and the garage reserved for guests). The bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and two small shower gels; towels are provided in pairs for each guest and are also replaced with a certain generosity. I always recommend confirming your booking via email a few days before, so that you can agree with Mauro - the owner - on the check-in and check-out times, on which he is very flexible.

Credo che sia d'obbligo questa recensione... Siamo stati 3 giorni in questo hotel.... Arrivati venerdì sera e ripartiti poco fa'... Devo dire che questo hotel mi ha proprio deluso... Allora partiamo dalla camera, letto matrimoniale piccolo e scomodo, non all'altezza di una Junior Suite. La vasca idromassaggio provoca un leggerissimo massaggio, e muove leggermente l'acqua, bella a primo impatto, ma di nessuna utilità, soprattutto se in casa hai già una jacuzzi, non vi è paragone. La sauna salta dall'interruttore principale della stanza e se non lo sai devi attendere di trovare qualcuno alla reception che possa sistemartela....e tanto per dire ogni giorno vi è una persona diversa alla reception...abbiamo chiesto quale numero dovevamo comporre dal telefono della camera per parlare con loro alla reception, visto che non vi era alcun riferimento in camera, ma non è stato in grado di dircelo. Mi è parso, che non avesse idea che normalmente negli hotel vi sono i telefoni interni alle camere che vengono utilizzati per mettersi in contatto con la reception. Passiamo alla salubrità degli ambienti....come potrete vedere dalle foto che allego alla presente, vi era nella Junior suite una quantità di muffa indescrivibile a parole e una puzza di fogna che proveniva dallo scarico della vasca idromassaggio e dal bagno. Le camere non sono insonorizzate, per cui per ben 2 notti alle 2 e mezza ci siamo svegliati a causa del rumore dell'idromassaggio della camera affianco....per non parlare delle grida e i pianti dei bambini. La colazione, diciamo punteggio 2/5 , molti prodotti confezionati e se arrivavi dopo le 9 non trovavi più la metà dei prodotti( orario 7-10). Il parcheggio non è in garage, ma in posto auto e costa 8 euro al giorno. In ascensore, si legge che ”la Direzione declina ogni responsabilità per gli oggetti di valore lasciati nelle camere”.... scusate ma lo non esiste...per legge se sparisce qualcosa dalle camere siete voi i diretti responsabili e una scritta in ascensore non vi salverà. Ciliegina sulla torta... Al momento del pagamento della stanza avevano invertito le caparre versate... Pretendevano che noi pagassimo più del dovuto, abbiamo dovuto rifare i calcoli con loro, fortunatamente avevamo gli screenshot della prenotazione e alla fine abbiamo pagato quello che dovevamo pagare. Purtroppo credo che siano necessarie anche questo tipo di recensioni, non solo quelle belle....è giusto avvisare futuri clienti e si spera che sia costruttiva anche per il proprietario dell'hotel.... Speriamo in un miglioramento.... Ma noi sicuramente non torneremo.... Ps: I nostri amici hanno dovuto passare la prima notte in una quadrupla, nonostante avessero prenotato un bilocale, perché non è disponibile al momento del ceck-in....SENZA PAROLE

Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

Veramente pessimo... STRUTTURA Appena entri, si sente un olezzo di cucina speziata, che ti fa dare di stomaco. La struttura è fatiscente, con parti in tinta più chiara e parti scure e arredata in stile vecchio e datato. La polvere spadroneggia all'esterno sui tavoli. Appena entrati veniamo accolti dal personale che dire essere poco professionale è a dir poco... Avevamo prenotato con l'azienda mandando i documenti e ce li hanno richiesti. Abbiamo accordato di pagare addirittura in anticipo (cosa non voluta da loro, tanto non ci sarebbero stati problemi) e poi ci dicono che gli accordi erano altri (invece parlando con l'amministrazione erano con bonifico e loro hanno anche detto che abbiamo insistito noi dipendenti a pagare con la carta, ASSURDO). CAMERA La camera era basica ma con delle parti tinteggiate male (sembrava rattoppate) come nel resto della struttura. Nel bagno le porte del box doccia mi sono cadute in mano ed erano anche quelle rattoppate male. Sentendo poi un mio collega, anche nel suo bagno c'era la stessa situazione. Il phon era anche quello vecchio e datato, e puzzava di bruciato quando l'ho azionato. Gli asciugamani avevano dei buchi ed erano sottilissimi. L'aerazione del bagno, che era senza finestre, era non funzionante e se ci vai schiatti da solo. Il letto era scomodissimo, duro e il materasso aveva una molla che sporgeva ai piedi. La coperta era così sottile che era quasi inesistente. COLAZIONE L'unica cosa buona della colazione erano i cornetti. La crostata, i succhi e altro erano del discount. Il cappuccino lo dovevi fare self-service con una macchinetta e faceva schifo anche quello. Sinceramente, dopo queste cose, forse ci vedranno col telescopio Hubble.
