Im familiengeführten Hotel am Ende der Rosengartenstraße waren wir nun schon zum dritten mal zu Gast. Die Ruhe dort in den kleinen Tal - so ganz ohne Motoren/Motorradlärm - traumhaft. Familie Rechenmacher legt wehr viel wert auf eine sehr gute, leichte Küche mit einer gewisser Kräuter-Note. das hat uns immer sehr gefallen. Vom Hotel aus kann man prima direkt loswandern. Die Kabinenbahn „Laurin 1“ ist aber auch nicht weit entfernt - mit ihr kommt man direkt über die Frommer Alm zur Kölner Hütte. Ein Wanderparadies ohne Gleichen. Nach den Tagesaktivitäten lädt das hauseigene Hallenbad mit Liegewiese, sowie der Saunabereich zum entspannen ein. Wir waren hier jedes mal sehr gerne und werden auch wieder kommen.

Overall, the hotel service is OK, the hotel has a long history, was established in 1893, is a private hotel, can be opened for more than 100 years, it is still good; hotel check-in time is 14:00, we advance Arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff told us to arrive in advance, but still warmly helped us to check in, the service is also good!

I wish to express my most lively pleasure for some staff members of your staff. I am currently staying at the hotel “Alpes” and so my feedback is in ... itinerary. I was affected by the uncommon professionalism of Ala del desk and Master Giuseppe Buttacavoli . Ala resolved a housing problem at the arrival by pointing out its specific attitude in the solvency problem , because we were not very happy with the accommodation found and it immediately resolved the problem brilliantly with a suite more silenceful, comfortable and great. As for the master, Mr. Buttacavoli... I must say that every day offers us a great professionality... a 5-star service, unforgettable in every point of view: a perfect service at breakfast and dinner, courtesy, professionality (a high level professional background is known), staff discipline , table organisation, great variety and quality of the first breakfast and dinner menu choice. We were here eight years ago and we see it even more beautiful... so beautiful that we would like to come back by the end of the year. Finally, a word for Mrs. Giuliana of staff cleans and make up rooms : gentle , precise and perfect: we appreciate very much that every night the beds are rebuilt and the taxes are closed and the staff is going to know if something is needed in the room before you go to bed. Excellent value hotel and a great location for exploring the Italian Alps. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean, cozy and incredibly warm, which was appreciated given the -9 degrees outside. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast included in the price had a great variety of hot and cold food, good coffee, pastries, cakes and fresh fruit. Would gladly come back again.

We stayed for 5 nights in the X-Alp hotel during our summer holiday/honeymoon. Everything was perfect! The staff helped us to plan our daily activities and they're extremely friendly and helpful both in the reception and in the restaurant. The spa section was tastefully decorated and a perfect ending for an active day on the mountains. The breakfast wasn't so versatile, but you find every morning something to fill up your plate. The best thing in the breakfast was the cake table with several different tasty pleasures. Kiitos, kaikki oli erinomaista! :)
