Hotel in a convenient area and not far from the center of Como. Nearby there are supermarkets, pubs, pizzerias and more. The staff is courteous and smiling. The breakfast is varied between sweet and savoury. Very large outdoor parking.

Hotel great rooms. Restaurant and breakfast I wouldn't visit anymore. Breakfast little choice. Restaurant. Maps English different from in Italian. Had paid the room in advance. Reception booked the amount again. I had to wait 6 weeks and see myself I get my money

Good location. Only wish the room have flask ncups and air con. International travellers are not used to not having air condition for air circulation. Near to a big mall which have supermarket.

I have lived in the name of the company many times and I feel good, so I set it up once, and the result made me very disappointed. I booked two rooms first, and then because the passport name did not find the second room, I thought that the last reservation was unsuccessful, and immediately set another room. After a minute or two, the waiter A found another room we set, so we have to help cancel the room just booked in the exchange. I also called Trip.com, Trip.com helped communicate, it seems that everything is going well. But waiter B appeared and saw me. First, I put on a mask immediately, and then said that I could not refund, saying that because the reservation instructions required 48 hours before refund. I just booked the room for about 5 minutes, and the check-in was immediately checked in. Where did I come out for 48 hours? I have been here and there for ten years. The first time I encountered such a poor service, I used to be booked by local companies. The first time I booked it, I encountered it! Finally, it was arranged on the 0th floor, and you can drive directly to the room at the door of the room. The air conditioner in the room cannot be turned off. I am deeply disappointed with the service of this hotel, maybe it is not suitable for Asians to come here.

Mirrors, mirrors everywhere, walls, ceilings, round beds, this is a sex hotel, does not support public transportation. A special hotel, clean.

Service and room are best. Also price is cheap. But there are not kettle , cups , spoons or another things , maybe these are optional things but i need mostly. So overall i recommend this hotel to everyone. A little bit far from Como ( 1 station about 15 min ). It locates in Como Camerlata.

Was a good experience, excellent location, very welcoming & good friendly service, Prefer if visitors were allowed in the room even for a limited time, Understand the situation & the control measures, But it was bit harsh as my own brother was not allowed in the room at all, Thanks & Recommend, 😊
