Il personale simpatico, attento e cortese ha soddisfatto 30 persone del nostro team, garantendo ogni nostra esigenza, assicurando il massimo confort possibile. Per questo ringraziamo tutti voi ma in particolare (Farida per la sua simpatia ed empatia,Bea per la sua professionalità e gentilezza, Ambra per la sua immedesimazione nella persona che ha difronte e la sua intelligenza nel non farti sentire mai fuori luogo, Lorena per la sua spontaneità ed eleganza, Vinicius per il suo modo pacato nel garantirti le informazioni ed infine il capo Cristoforo che è una persona meritevole e umile) e poi il resto del personale che si è rapportato con chiunque in modo cordiale e simpatico, empatico e professionale. Grazie alla sua posizione comoda e al servizio eccellente, Daytona Hotel è diventato rapidamente la nostra scelta preferita per l'alloggio. 5 stelle!”

Sanvitale Clean and beautiful rooms. Found in a castle courtyard the setting is stunning. Beautifully designed rooms with amazing features, coffee machine and bathroom all very good. Sadly our welcome was non existent and this really affected our stay. We arrived on a Sunday, when a huge market and festival was going on outside the hotel. We had received an email stating the time reception would be open. We planned our day around this and arrived when the reception was due to be open between 3-9pm. Sadly no one was there... Our keys were on the desk to collect, but no idea about where we could park our go for food that evening. It simply felt odd arriving and going to your room without speaking to anyone. We did find free parking but it was 300 metres away, not great with luggage. The booking said a free welcome drink... We didn't get that, but all we needed was a human being to welcome is and give us some guidance with parking and our two night stay a basic of customer service. Staff at breakfast were ok. The first day she was very grumpy and unfriendly. The second morning the lady was more friendly but no offer of a second coffee or if we needed anything else. We don't speak much Italian... But a smile guys a long way in any language. Cleaning was perfect... The rooms are lovely and we cannot fault that. We got room 203 which is directly above the breakfast room. Quiet for most of the day, however breakfast starts at 7am and it's noisy so don't expect to sleep in! Location is 25 mins from Parma and in a quiet town. We enjoyed it, however we wished we had more contact from staff. It feels like they don't want to spend the money on staff and expect guests to look after themselves!

We stayed three nights here. The room had an ingenious but fully functional hideaway kitchen, which had a small refrigerator, cooktop and some place settings. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a nice small garden and the owner has a large solar farm capable of 50 kwh production. The breakfasts are a little unusual are they are more like a cookie/pastry bar. All of these treats made by the owner. Argaland is located further down the small road than indicated on Apple maps. Look for a sign. The only other comment is that the main road is busy and doing a left turn toward the city requires care and patience.

Hotel molto comodo come punto d'appoggio per visitare Parma e i suoi dintorni. Pulizia Ottima, dotata di una abbondante colazione, parcheggio ampio, accetta animali domestici. Situato su di una strada provinciale in posizione isolata. Quindi si raccomanda l'auto. per il resto lo consiglio.
