Best Cermenate Hotels

The second time in this hotel. For the first time,( happens by chance) everything perfect, reception, room (110) etc.. Second time, cold but friendly receptionist (other receptionist), super noisy room (118) with music from the neighborhood discotheque in the ears up to about 3 a.m. Bathroom with broken shower (watered bathroom) and unfixed shower. The hotel is a very friendly hotel, and the gentleman who takes care of breakfast is a courtesy and proactivity that is hardly found! What

I also called Trip.com, Trip.com helped communicate, it seems that everything is going well. But waiter B appeared and saw me. First, I put on a mask immediately, and then said that I could not refund, saying that because the reservation instructions required 48 hours before refund. I just booked the room for about 5 minutes, and the check-in was immediately checked in. Where did I come out for 48 hours? I have been here and there for ten years. The first time I encountered such a poor service, I used to be booked by local companies. The first time I booked it, I encountered it! Finally, it was arranged on the 0th floor, and you can drive directly to the room at the door of the room. The air conditioner in the room cannot be turned off. Was a good experience, excellent location, very welcoming & good friendly service, Prefer if visitors were allowed in the room even for a limited time, Understand the situation & the control measures, But it was bit harsh as my own brother was not allowed in the room at all, Thanks & Recommend, 😊

Hotel in a convenient area and not far from the center of Como. Nearby there are supermarkets, pubs, pizzerias and more. The staff is courteous and smiling. The breakfast is varied between sweet and savoury. Very large outdoor parking.
