E' un tre stelle, ma è meglio di tanti 4 stelle. Camere ben arredate in stile moderno, confortevoli e spaziose. Wifi gratuito, frigobar, aria condizionata e tv a schermo piatto. Ottima pulizia, molto buone le colazioni a buffet. Ampio parcheggio auto scoperto privato all'interno della struttura. Alla reception personale molto gentile, disponibile e preparato. What an incredible surprise! I booked this hotel as I was attending Eurovision in Turin. Hotels were getting booked up fast and so I booked Hotel Glis without doing much research. I booked a superior double room. Due to a change of plan, I had to change the booking from a double to twin room and contacted the hotel directly to do this, it was not an issue and this was sorted quickly. On arrival, the staff at reception were friendly and so welcoming. Nothing was too much. Every communication I had with reception was helpful, efficient and just really positive. Breakfast was great and of a really good quality. The room was so much nicer than I was expecting - I was expecting the photos on some trip advisor reviews, a bit dated looking (sorry!), but opening the door I was so blown away by the quality and standard of the decor. My dad was worried he wouldn’t be able to make tea/coffee but there was a kettle in the room and a fridge with complimentary water! We also paid for the “mini fridge top up” on two days and got cans of pop, snacks, etc. This was really great. The hotel booked our taxi to the airport on departure day and this arrived with no issues. We encountered several different staff members and they were all so pleasant and so helpful. Our room was cleaned and fresh towers were left every day of our stay - this felt luxury compared to the UK! We were a little concerned about the ease of getting around to/from central Turin to this hotel, as it does feel more geared at the “out of city” business travellers, conference attendees etc., however we paid for a 72 hour bus ticket for €10 each which allowed us to get on as many buses and trams as we wanted for 72 hours, and using the app “CityMapper”, figured out that if we get the 49 and then 8 bus, it was super easy to travel in/out of Turin. It took around 25/30 mins dependent on traffic. Overall, this hotel was the most wonderful surprise and we will definitely return here on our next trip to Turin. Very close to Pirelli, walk 15-20 minutes, the hotel is very clean, the nearby supermarket needs to take a taxi, the restaurant and lobby service attitude is still very good, early coffee is good!

The hotel is very simple and comfortable, for whoever has to take the train from the Turin Stura Station, or who like me had to take Flixbus to Bergamo Orio al Serio airport. The room price does not include breakfast, but you can take it separately. In case of exit before 07:30 a.m. you can do it from the security exit that goes on the stairs of the adjacent house. If you book directly you can save something compared to the booking price.

A world of cocktails, how to feel at home! From welcome to arrival, to greeting on the day of departure, all perfect! We arrived in the morning and our room wasn't ready, but Mr. Roberto was active to give us another room and while we waited (only 5 minutes) he made a good coffee! 4 nights in triple room with breakfast. The room is comfortable, spacious, comfortable and clean.Exceptional beds and couchs.The perfect temperature and also very quiet. Breakfast is excellent and served in a very pleasant environment, cocktailed, in fact ... bad as if we were at the grandmothers' house :-) All professional and so available, Roberto, his wife and the entire team. We will certainly choose the same hotel for the next stays in Torino. I forgot 3 things: 1) they have the pizzeria-restaurant next to them; 2) we had the car, but the connection from San Mauro Torinese to the center of Torino is perfect. The stop is near the hotel; 3) I needed the haircut and just in front of the hotel I could do a beautiful bend at a great price! Furthermore, San Mauro Torinese is a beautiful center and there are several very nice shops and we all found very nice ... Better than that ...

Breakfast is ok (cafeteria), security issues are feasible. This is also a cooperative student dormitory of three local universities. I am a local international student. It is a well-regulated hotel and suitable for accommodation. Tram 4 at the door goes directly to the city center.

Staff is so nice & friendly. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short due to unforeseen circumstances. But the manager was gracious enough to refund our money. The hotel amenities are good with free breakfast.
