Soulless hotel that markets itself as a resort hotel but when we arrived October 21 the outdoor pool was shut, the indoor pool was not available to hotel guests, we were given a room that was terrible (a so called superior room that looked nothing like the picture on the website and had one chair, limited natural light), various technology that didn’t work, food awful and nothing like the expected levels of a 4 sta venue (supposedly). The hotel has no comfortable seating inside and the bar / restaurant is basic and lacks any kind of atmosphere. The spa has been built in an underground cavernous space that isn’t at all restful. Even finding the hotel required a ridiculously dangerous sharp right turn off a major dual carriageway. Compared with other Italian hotels and venues I have stayed, this was dreadful and not up to standard.

The location is excellent, in a large courtyard in a quiet neighborhood, there are gas stations and roast** nearby. The yard is large and can park a lot of cars, which is the main reason for my booking. But I was very surprised to find that you can see the sea view and the small town of Catania, and you can see the sunrise every morning, just on the edge of the yard, which is really beyond expectations.

The location is average, but very new, the room is large, if you need two rooms, it is strongly recommended to set up a family room of 85 square meters, super large, the practical area of 85 square meters, there are eight balconies, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one large living room. The mini bar and coffee are free.

First and foremost, a 4-star hotel should have an insulation system. We basically could even hear the room next door opening their luggage.. awful. Apart from that (which is a big minus), the pool is cool, parking is free, staff friendly, breakfast decent. Food options are pricey and limited.

Location molto carina. Possibilità di parcheggio esterno alla struttura ma le auto sono all'interno di una sbarra e quindi al sicuro. Le camere pulite , anche se risalta all'occhio il nero (come se fosse silicone sporco e invecchiato) negli angoli delle stanze e soprattutto nel bagno. Colazione a buffet buona e varia, sia dolce che Salata. Personale delle pulizie molto gentile, personale reception gentile ma molto freddo e distaccato anche nello spiegare le dinamiche dell'hotel. In camera il condizionatore mandava continuamente aria , non calda, ma molto fastidiosa. Purtroppo ce ne siamo resi conto soltanto dopo essere rientrati la sera e quindi essendo la reception chiusa, non abbiamo voluto disturbare al numero delle urgenze che ci era stato fornito, ma ce ne siamo pentiti in quanto l'aria durante la notte era pensate e questo non ci ha permesso di riposare bene. Tornerei solo ed esclusivamente dopo aver avuto conferma e garanzia che il condizionatore funzioni nella camera assegnatami.

The location of this hotel is amazing - by the beach. You can opt to relax by the pool or use their access to the beach. We really liked our room - clean and very spacious. The surroundings of the hotel are quite safe. I went for a run in the area and there is also a fitness area in front of the hotel. They also have a small gym 🥰 which I used as well.

Very nice place! New, modern, very clean! Offers parking, swimming pool and has a great restaurant. Not on the last place one of the kindest and helping staffs I had seen!!!! Definitely recommend it! I would go back there! They helped us also with reserving few restaurants for us in which the people did not speak english which was simply amazing!

Nous avons séjourné, dans cet hôtel du 25 mai au 30 mai 2023 , mon fils de 35 ans et moi 63 ans. Il est situé dans un endroit calme mais un petit peu décentré, compter 25 min à pied du centre ! Mais, une station de bus est à quelques mètres de l'hôtel. Nous avions un petit studio, avec mezzanine où se trouve un double lit, et si quelqu'un ne peut pas y monter, il y a un canapé lit au rez. Le studio est simple mais fonctionnel, un réfrigérateur, un climatiseur et TV. Les linges sont changés chaque jour ainsi que les produits pour la douche. Une petite terrasse se trouve dehors et est à disposition de tous avec tables et chaises, très agréable... La Directrice, Gena *si j'ai bien compris le prénom*, (son mari vient le soir) elle se reconnaitra, qui est présente tous les matins est une personne formidable, elle vous donne des conseils, elle nous a même aidé pour une réservation pour une excursion dernière minute. Grâce à elle, tout est propre et soigné. Son aide de ménage est également très gentille et efficace. Un grand merci à vous deux et au plaisir de vous revoir... Il n'y a plus de petit- déjeuner, il y a un automate à boissons et un autre avec quelques biscuits salés ou sucrés. Prévoir de la monnaie. Résidence à recommander. Madeleine , Switzerland
