We have mixed memories of our honeymoon. We were pleasantly surprised by the room, which was rather large and clean, room service was available 3 times a day (however, there is no sign to indicate that we do not want to be disturbed so beware ^^) he welcome is rather warm and kind. Everyone speaks French. The buffet is varied but the quality is disappointing .. A huge black spot on the disposable tableware for breakfast (cups for fruit juice, while at lunch there are glasses), for ice cream and dessert, (ditto it's disposable spoons), as well as at snack time (disposable plates for pancakes). It is really not brilliant and not very conceivable today from an ecological point of view (we who stopped the plastic at home we were delighted and cunning not to use anything disposable :() ..! The bar … Very small glasses such as canteen glasses, cocktails pre-prepared with poor quality juices, an all-inclusive which is not at all attractive. Only the draft beer was good, but no luck, no more casks at the bar on the second day, they served half of the hot first price cans (which means that if you walked behind someone who had started one a few minutes before, you had a 1 in 2 chance of ending up with a flat beer and hot) The hotel beach is impassable, lots of seaweed and rocks. To rest Ok but not for swimming. The entertainment team was rather amateurish, sometimes with a behavior that was not suited to the clientele (lapdance on a lady of a certain age during aqua aerobics .. average!) In the end, the value for money is not that crazy, you can't have everything;) We had rented a car at the airport which saved our stay because staying in this hotel non-stop would not have been possible. In short I do not recommend this hotel

Unfortunately, this hotel is situated between a busy road and a very ugly, large stoned beach, which is accessible via a very dirty and unattractive housing estate. You have to cross the busy road to get to the bus stop if you want to go into Cagliari, but first need to buy your tickets from the tobacconists. The road is extremely dangerous to cross, as there are no traffic lights only zebra crossings, and you feel as if you are taking your life into your own hands every time you cross it, particularly as so few drivers appear to want to stop for you at all! This is also unfortunate, because there is a restaurant on the other side of that road, which offers considerably better food than the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was the same thing every morning. Pastries that didn't look or taste fresh. No cold milk for the cereal and 2 types of cheap meat with the same tasteless cheese. Nor was the fruit juice fresh, which is the least I would expect in a hotel that claims to be of such a high standard. The staff in the hotel were always pleasant, but on asking for more milk in my hot chocolate, I was shocked to find that whilst I had been given just that, they hadn't the sense to ensure the drink was reheated! Lukewarm hot chocolate is not pleasant! On another occasion, we asked for tea and they forgot the tea bag! One evening we ate dinner in the hotels restaurant. The price was €25 per head, and once again we were disappointed. A lack of choice. Food items that didn't go well together. Small portions, and no fresh vegetables to accompany our main course. The food was also lukewarm! With such food on offer, and the high cost of eating out at other nearby eateries (I think there were 2), it's no wonder we saw people coming back to the hotel with takeaway burgers and pizza, which of course, they were not permitted to eat on the hotel's terrace, so had to retreat to their rooms in order to consume it! As trying the local cuisine plays an important role for me, this didn't seem like much of a holiday and added further to my disappointment! Thankfully, we were only in this hotel for a week, but this felt like too long! The internal decoration inside the hotel was a bit dated, but there was some lovely art work displayed in the main communal areas, which provided a much needed lift from the look of the rest of it - including the rooms. Our room was immaculate- as was the whole of the hotel - however, it lacked a modern feel and was also lacking in basic maintenance. The shower head holder fell out of the wall on the first evening, and the towel rail looked as if it was soon to follow. We informed reception, and both matters were dealt with the next day. We also used the hotel's pool a few times during our stay, and it's presence was definitely a bonus given the ugliness of the nearby beach. Hotel is situated outside of the town. One visitor came for business and one for pleasure. Even though a BW elite member we were given a room on the first floor. These floors do not have an outside area. Reception staff are fantastic and friendly and helpful for recommendations. Our room overlooked the shabby building next door, dated room but clean, even though it has a small kitchenette you are not provided with any means to cook if you wanted to. Decor is dated, but bed is quite comfy. Breakfast... Is very disappointing, which seems to be the norm in Italy. Hardly any choice and nothing hot. Could not say I'd recommend for a holiday for pleasure but I was joining my husband for business.

Awesome place, cozy and big. We stayed 4 days in the loft apartment with terrace and barbeque. We had a great time and Mr. Roberto super helpful! We took the scooter and therefore positioned 10 minutes from the center of Cagliari
