This stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. Rooms are of a good size and don't feel cramped in them, thwy are clean and organised. The bathroom is also of a good size with all amenities avaialble with good toiletries at hand. The beds are also of a good size and comfortable mattresses help you to a good night sleep. All in all it is a very good hotel worth the money.

The main attraction of this hotel is its location. It is about 1 km to the entrance of the Mandria Park and only a few hundred meters to the castle and its gardens. It is also very close to some good restaurants. Otherwise, the hotel is fine but relatively unremarkable. No issues with the room, staff or breakfast, but nothing outstanding either. Free parking was very convenient in front of the hotel, if it is available, as there are limited spaces.

Struttura antica. La location è strategica, vicinissima alla reggia, posto tranquillo e camera davvero silenziosa e comoda, pulita e con uno stile molto elegante. (fornita di bollitore mancano però le tazze per il the. Si può richiedere il parcheggio all'interno del cortile (a pagamento, costo un pò altino) . I micini attorno all'edificio sono molto carini :) Bisognerebbe rivedere alcune persone dello staff che rovinano l'atmosfera oltre a far sentire l'ospite poco gradito. Non è molto semplice interfacciarsi con il personale, che si divide la gestione del residence e del ristorante. In fase di prenotazione , al telefono, La signora Maria è stata cordiale , e all'arrivo ci ha accolti Marco che è stato molto gentile (attenzione , meglio sempre chiedere gli orari di check in perchè non essendo un hotel, la presenza dello staff non è garantita tutta la giornata) . Siamo rimasti un pò delusi dall'accoglienza al ristorante ( ”passami il sale” ) che fa parte della stessa gestione, poichè dopo aver fatto presente che alloggiavamo alla pera bugiarda, abbiamo dovuto aspettare all'esterno prima che ci preparassero il tavolo , il personale è stato molto freddo e quasi infastidito (ci siamo sentiti a disagio) ; per fortuna tra di loro c'è stato un cameriere che invece si è rivelato molto attento e simpatico (non sappiamo il Suo nome ma ci ha detto di esserci soltanto per il servizio serale ... purtroppo...) e la qualità dei piatti era ottima. A colazione, ci aspettavamo un servizio diverso, la ragazza quasi non ci ha considerato, non è stato rimpiazzato nulla sul buffet e anche in questo caso ci è sembrato di disturbare ( nel frattempo entravano clienti esterni per il servizio di caffetteria ed erano seguiti meglio di noi) , non ci è stato chiesto se volevamo bere un caffè o un te, abbiamo dovuto alzarci e chiedere al bancone, ma la ragazza, quasi si defilava per non prestarci attenzione . Non abbiamo mai avuto molte pretese e non siamo clienti esigenti, siamo anche noi del settore e ci siamo sempre occupati di turismo e sinceramente non ci ha fatto una buona impressione nel complesso. Se consideriamo i prezzi, risultano davvero alti per la qualità del servizio. Su booking appariva disponibile una camera per 3 adulti, ma la signora ci ha riferito che per il terzo adulto era necessario un supplemento, ( non ne siamo sicuri , ma ci è sembrato che fosse stato indicato al momento solo per farci pagare di più.. almeno, questa è stata l'impressione. Non c è un trattamento di riguardo per chi prenota direttamente anzichè da portale, e inoltre sarebbe carino offrire un servizio migliore per chi cena al loro ristorante ed è ospite nel loro residence! peccato, perchè basterebbe maggiore attenzione in alcuni dettagli, che sembrano di poco conto ma fanno la differenza ;)

Late on a Saturday evening I found myself marooned in Turin Airport due to an administrative error. I rang the Jet Hotel, and spoke with Isabelle who reserved me a room, I arrived by taxi (16Euro) at 22;15. I was welcomed most warmly. The room was clean and adequate in size. The breakfast was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel as a first/last night for travel from/to Turin Airport. I future when I arrive late I will stay here before setting off on my travels in Italy and hopefully have time to try their restaurant.

Tutto perfetto. Potrei scrivere per ore ma mi devo limitare. Camera profumata e molto pulita. Posizione molto comoda in posizione strategica (p. es. aeroporto a 4 minuti). Super consigliato, ho trovato la perfezione per i miei viaggi futuri. Roberto e Vincenzo siete i numeri uno.

Ok I have them a chance and they failed. When I go to a hotel I expect air conditioning as a bare minimum and when I got to my room the temperature would not drop below 23.5. I asked reception and they said they will see what they can do. Later that evening I checked again and it was still hot. Opening the door would just things so noisy so I asked for a fan. No fan A guest should be able to drop the temperature below 23.5 and I personally have not had this experience before. As an ex hotelier I think it’s shocking and should not be allowed. So back I. My room I’m sweating and it will be a sleepless night so looks like a check out could be happening. The restaurant is good and that is the one I have. Well done

The location is at the entrance of the stadium, and the balcony of the room is directly opposite the stadium, which is very convenient. The boss is a Chinese, handsome guy in the northeast, he is very good, and he told us that you can get on the bus only when you buy a bus ticket at the Chinese cigarette shop opposite the hotel. The 72 bus goes to the center of the train station.
