Omama is centrally located, only 5 minutes from Aosta`s main shopping street and pedestrian precinct. All the sights and restaurants are very close, too. We very much liked the colourful, fresh design throughout the hotel - from the rooms to the (breakfast) lounge, the elevators, the lobby, and even the facade. Our room had a good size, including a large bathroom. The room was well-appointed and quiet. Breakfast was good, and service at reception was very professional and friendly. Only caveat: As this is a building from the 60's the garage is very narrow. Even with a mid-sized car we had huge problems to park there.

Good location, good facilities and friendly
But now, the two disadvantages are that the towel is dropped as baking soda, the sour smell is strong, and the other is that the laundry service costs are too expensive? I brought a little less clothes here to wash, but I was surprised to see the price. 6 pairs of socks, 6 panties, 3 white socks, and 49.9 Euro payment .... Still, the hotel itself is good, so it is good to avoid laundry service.

Coming off the SS27 it is easy to drive past this place in a rush to get into town. Simply don’t! This hotel is something else. Not five star because it doesn’t feel the need to be. It’s restaurant isn’t probably a place that Michelin will ever visit although it deserves all the accolades. The rooms are spacious and simply furnished. Everything you need and nothing you don’t and it all works perfectly. The staff are charming and extremely helpful. More to the point it has a real family feel where every single one of them we interacted with had an intense and genuine wish to help - without the five star obsequiousness. The restaurant is also very special. Again the whole family operate as one. All of them genuinely know and have an immense pride about the local ingredients they use and explain them clearly. The food itself is brilliantly presented and without fault. As if all of the above isn’t enough the price of everything reasonable, extremely good value for what you get. Visit. Stay. You won’t regret it.
We have been back to Aosta for a weekend, the hotel is in the centre of Aosta in a strategic location, staff is very available and professional. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is good and abundant and there is a parking reserved for the guests. We will certainly advise!
This is such a lovely apartment in a wonderful town. The hostess is great and went out of her way for us. I normally don't write reviews about places I've liked for fear that they become so popular that they become booked out and I won't be able to stay there again! Location is great in the old town - there must be 50 restaurants all within easy walking of the apartment. Gondola for Pila skiing is 10 minutes. There are lockers at the bottom. 6 day pass gives you 2 days in other Aosta ski resorts. We went to Courmayeur and La Thuile. I was surprised at how good the skiing was in Pila.
Excellente accueil ..................

The Church of Austa is a typical Greek-Roman architecture that can be seen for a long time. Unlike the later Gothic and Baroque churches. The church itself is an artistic gem. Sculptures and paintings are well worth seeing.
The Arch of Augustus
淼淼淼0301The Arch of Augustus looks really great, it looks very historic, and a lot of the walls show signs of erosion, but it is also very beautiful. The Arch was built to welcome the warriors who triumphed back then, and it feels great to be here.
Roman Theatre
翱翱翔的大鲨鱼The ancient city ruins here have a history of at least 2,000 years. They flourished during the Roman Republic. From the current ruins, you can still see the grandeur and splendor of the past. What is more interesting is the colorful life of the citizens.
Collegiata dei Santi Pietro e Orso
翱翱翔的大鲨鱼This 2,000-year-old Roman city is far more low-key than the nearby Alps. Many people, like me, have never heard of this name. But when I came to him, I was still impressed by this history. This turned out to be a forgotten treasure with a large number of historical relics worth visiting.
