Best Sundargarh Hotels

They do not understand the basic concepts of hospitality. Very disappointing staff,especially at the reception. Now coming to my stay, I had a train to catch after my checkout which was delayed by 6hrs. Although I requested for late checkout which they refused as per their hotel policy (not even an hour), that's still okay and i checked out and had to wait at the reception the whole day as there was nothing else to do and the city was also new for me. Even after complaining thrice, they didn't switch on the ac of the side of reception waiting area where I was sitting and every time told me its on, the last time when I lost my cool they accepted that the ac was off but still didn't do anything. I had to leave as I started feeling sick there, probably they wanted that only that I leave earlier. I cant believe this is a 4star hotel. At breakfast it took them 1/2hr for a cheese omelette and ice for juice. There could be delay for whatsoever reason, but have the decency to tell the customer that, you cant mislead every time I enquire. In general ,room was okay & clean, although ac was put in such a way you need both fan & ac for room to cool. Food is nice, and quantity is ok for the price. Restaurant staff is courteous but succumb in rush hour.
