There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.

Amazing hotel. Twice a week there are open-air gala dinners with a concert. There is a spacious clean beach next to the hotel, I highly recommend it for jogging. The hotel staff is always accommodating. We needed a late check-out, they gave us a room for free until the evening.

The hotel is very old, which gives it some old school charm. There were lots of families and travellers staying on the resort. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. The pool was great for an afternoon swim. Fresh clean towels and bedding daily. Staff is most helpful. There is no restaurant onsite - but food deliveries are easy. Taxi & scooter hire was available. Central and easy to get around. Beaches are close nearby.

VVG travellerI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard by Marriott in Colva, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail that this hotel offers. Here are some highlights from my stay:
1. **Exceptional Staff**: The staff at Courtyard by Marriott truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.
2. **Excellent Cleanliness**: The hotel maintains an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. My room was spotless, and the common areas, including the lobby, restaurant, and pool, were immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant environment for guests.
3. **Proximity to the Beach**: One of the best features of this hotel is its closeness to Colva Beach. Just a short walk away, the beach is easily accessible, making it perfect for a morning stroll or a sunset view. The convenience of being so close to the beach added a special touch to my stay.
4. **Comfortable Rooms**: The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony offered a lovely view of the surroundings. It was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.

GGuest UserYes, it is an excellent hotel and probably the most advanced in Palolem, but the hotel has a lot to improve, the wireless internet is very weak, the beds and pillows are really uncomfortable, the price of the food and massage in the hotel is more than twice as much as outside, the massage prices do not include taxes and this is not great, the kettle in the room did not work, And there was a smell of sewage from the bathroom, other than that it was good. I wouldn't complain about any of this if the room price wasn't nearly $100 a night.

GGuest UserFirstly, the staff at the front desk is not friendly or welcoming. The staff from the breakfast room is much engaging, smiley and friendly in general. The front desk should take lessons from them!
The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I would suggest that you have another protein option for non-veg eaters like a chicken dish. Otherwise, it very nice.
The room was not what I viewed in the photos while booking. It was dark with wood paneling and it felt as if the walls were caving in. The room could use some white painted walls to make it feel bright and fresh. The bathroom also needs an upgrade- it's a bit dingy. The towels have seen better days- the bathmat was dingy and grey- a bit gross but we survived.
The pool is very nice but all the lounge chairs are right next to one another. And, there are only 8 for all of those guests? Umbrellas should be replaced with white ones so that they don't fade in the sun- good hack.

DDanielAn absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits.
The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby.
Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

CCLAUDIAWhen we arrived (me and my older teenage daughter and son) we were so disappointed… the hotel seemed hold, not clean, very small, not 4*. The room was small, especially considering we needed one extra bed.
We stayed 6 nights and all these bad experiences we’re compensated by the way we were treated. From the reception staff (unfortunately I didn’t keep his name), to the bellboy Summit, to the restaurant staff especially during breakfast and at the egg corner, people would go out of their way to make our stay a better one. They even changed us for a bigger room without extra payment, as soon as they had one available.
Although I don’t think it’s a 4* property, we enjoyed our stay here and felt very welcomed.
The beach is a 5 min walk and the Colva Beach Village (with shops and restaurants) a 10-15min walk. Plenty of taxis if you don’t feel like walking.

GGuest UserThis resort has the potential to be good as it looks well, has a decent pool area and the rooms are well proportioned. There is just something missing in the fine detail of running a resort.
Breakfast was decent but we found dinners disappointing, particularly the risotto which was delivered cold and then seemingly microwaved when we pointed this out.
We attended a Sao Joao pool celebration which was a bit disappointing, it supposedly started at 12.30 but decorations were still going up at 1pm.
Most disappointing was when we arrived very early due to a night train arriving four hours early but we’re not offered as much as a glass of water and when we asked if our bags could be stored whilst we purchased breakfast we were told no and just to eat poolside. Saying that most other staff we dealt with were friendly.

JJCReally badly run hotel, At first they could not find my booking then they checked me out when I clearly stated I had a second booking, my keys got deactivated had to wait outside for nearly 20 mins before they sent new ones, breakfast is horribly bad with flies all over the pastries, croissants hard as a rock even the Executive Chef had to come and prepare 2 basic fried eggs sunny side up soft on top as the other staff could only deliver half cooked eggs simply not good enough I would not recommend this hotel

GGuest UserThis place was the medicine I needed after a hectic pace of being on tour in N India.
It’s across the street from the beach. Less than 5 minute walk. It’s under new owners and they have done a wonderful job, making it a happy and beautiful place to stay. My room was large with a comfortable bed and had a beautiful little balcony that looked out onto peaceful palm trees. There is a swimming pool, which is awesome when the beach gets too hot. It is surrounded by lush gardens and beautiful greenery.
I ate breakfast every day in their little restaurant, and the food and service was top-notch. 😁

GGuest UserFood was ok ok. Property, electricity was shutting on & off, though they had invertor backup but it was not so up to date & disturbing as electricity was going frequently. Cleanliness was good. Swimming pool we couldn't use as the timing was till 5pm only. Could appreciate if it can increase the time.
