Much like most other KSTDC hotels, Mayura riverview is a decent property. Being situated right beside the Cauvery river, this hotel is a great place to relax. Its close proximity to Bangalore makes it a good stopover point before your proceed to the destinations beyond Mysore. It offers great views of the river, and you can enjoy coracle rides too! The unpleasant part is, this place is thronged by government officials/workers, who, presumably, avail the accommodation at heavily subsidized prices. We happened to stay there on a Friday when we were the only family apart from the sarkari guys whom I DON'T INTEND TO DISRESPECT. With liquors/beers being served, the restaurant atmosphere turned out to be bitterly inhospitable for us. We requested the restaurant staff to serve us food outside the restaurant, close to the river bank, to which they disagreed, and asserted that food can be served only inside the restaurant. I tried to reason with them that women and kids find the atmosphere that prevailed in the restaurant, extremely uncomfortable, but they held their ground unrelentingly. I lodged a complaint to the manager who quickly offered to serve the food at a convenient location. Having been fed up with the staff's disobliging demeanor, I politely rejected his offer and went out to dine with my family. I will still visit this property again in future, but not venture into the restaurant ever again!

Best experience i have ever had before.......... awesome....good neat rooms, toilets cleaned neatly...food in the restaurant Orchids was sumptuous...hospitality of the room service, front office was Top quality....a good hotel to stay.....keep up the good work....

We were a group of 5 members, good place to hang out with Friday, especially Property ***ager Ms sowjanya's response was too good in any time ... Really appreciated the way she received .. and all staff were good.... Rooms are very clean.... finally worth for money... U can try u people will get good discounts.. Cheers HM resorts... The cleaning staff will complain after we reach from outside, that the rooms are not clean and argue with us. And bought more money in that name. Even not collected any ID Proofs from us from the time of regristartion. Staffs are destroying the name of hotel. Management of hotel doent know about it. It was happend latest by july 8th 2022 Cheap mentality of staffs.. Don't stay there

It's a great choice of budget hotel in the outskirts of Mysore. It's a nice hotel with a big parking lot. The room was nice and clean. Decent bed anda a couch. The breakfast at the Swad restaurant had a fixed menu but the taste was really good. Overall a good stay for a great price.
