Very unhygienic, cockroaches were roaming all around in the rooms, room services were poor, not properly maintained

I was travlling from Pune to Jaipur by road and decided to stop for night at Ratlam this time and going by the tripadvisor rating, I selected this property. Frankly speaking, I was not expecting to write such review. A three star hotel must have atleast some basic amenities like proper airconditioning, running hot water, hot water kettle, tea/coffee service, however Balaji Central lacked all these in the room. The airconditioning was so bad that it kept on waking me up in the night. The toilet was having stains on it. and even saw conckroaches around in the bathroom. There was no hot water from the tap, so had to take cold water shower. The things that impressed is the staff. Staff was really helpful throught the stay but I will say that they lacked the resources they needed to serve people. Overall, its more like a lodge than a hotel for me.

This place was chosen for the proximity to the highway and for the good reviews on tripadvisor while doing a road trip from Bangalore to Rajasthan. We were impressed by their spacious and very well maintained rooms , wash rooms, clean linen etc. Service levels were excellent starting from the security guy to the front desk to the other support staff. Dinner was served in the room and found it tasty and hygienic. We were making an early morning start the next day, they even gave us packed sandwiches for the road. They have ample open parking space which was important for us.

Well in the city area, the connecting road to hotel is little narrow and dense area . Paring area frim old building is small but fine and a large parking area available in the new building area. The room furniture and fridge is old in old building room and the AC is working properly but noisy The room is clean. The less toiletries available in bathroom. The bed sheet is clean but , I used my own bed sheet , pillow cover which I always carried in pandemic situation , so I am not saying any thing about The provide bed sheet ,liners etc washed or not, from Hotel. The gallery are not clean the things and other things are improperly segregated. The food quality is good . The lower ground floor dining area is closed . The top floor terrace The number of staff members/ waiters are lesser so may be the room service delay. The main management on front desk is not in properly manage . Any way you can choose this hotel for stay if you will not point out some management and delay service and some dirty pathways.

I recently stayed at Hotel Namastay in Ratlam and found it to be a comfortable and convenient choice. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the dining options were enjoyable. Its proximity to the railway station makes it a convenient stopover for travelers.

Placed near to ratlam railway station. Decent option for economic stay. Around 350 mtrs from railway station.

No kitchen facility. It is in very crowded area. No parking.
