Basic amenities missing at room like comb oil brush paste etc. Provided only brush paste. Comb and oil not available. Also not giving check in at midnight when booking-already done. After taking help of material customer care provided room.

Hotels like a lodge. Grade. I have booked deluxe room, but facilities provide very poor, no towels provided, even water bottle provide in last. Rooms found seapage.

room service mein improvement chahiye. misguided 24×7 dinners and etc . 10 baje ke baad kuch nahi milta. call nahi uthathe . aur food delivery khud ko ja kar receive karna padta hai. law policy ko follow nahi karte

It was a fantastic hotel to stayin. I really appreciate the helpful l nature of the staff and the quality of the room. Only cons of the hotel was the wifi of my room was not working at all. Thankyou!
