The hospitality was top-notch, with Puneet the restaurant manager, going above and beyond to ensure our culinary experience was exceptional. The staff, including Amit, Pankaj and from housekeeping, Varun, and Sunil, chief Engineer Ashish were always attentive and prompt in addressing our needs. The food was a culinary journey, with a diverse menu that catered to every taste and preference. The resort also offered a range of activities for kids, making it an ideal destination for families. The spa facilities, fitness center, and beautifully landscaped gardens were the icing on the cake, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. In conclusion, our stay at Araiya, Palampur, was a truly unforgettable experience that exceeded our expectations in every way. Property is neat and clean and good location. Staff is courteous and helpful. Food is very average. They are able to manage small groups. In case of large crowd it becomes chaotic. Roof top restaurant is good and the view from there is also good. They have basement parking. The tara garden view from the roof top is also good

I must say that this resort is an excellent option to stay in palampur. Far from all the crowd but having all the luxury of a 5 star hotel. The resort is surrounded by tea garden and has an excellent view of dhauladhar range. This resort has limited rooms so all the hotel staff gives you a personal attention, gives a very personalized and special feeling. Food is excellent and the chef was courteous enough to customize and cater to our needs. Resort has excellent heated pool, spa, sauna, steam and gym. We also met the owner mr dinesh butail. What a gentlemen! we had an amazing time with him tasting variety of tea and listening some wonderful songs sang by him. Can't complain about anything. It was a perfect stay at infinite a team resort at palampur. I will definitely visit again.

The hotel offers amazing view of the hills and is located amidst a village where you can see people farming. We had booked family suite and it had two rooms which offered ample space for kids. The food is fabulous no matter what you order. The staff is courteous and is very helpful. They do provide food and sleeping space for the drivers which is a plus. You can enjoy the beautiful small garden and amazing views either from your balcony or from terrace. The only bit that requires improvement is the quality of tea which our entire family found odd at times. Thanks and we will surely come back soon.

The stay here was ultimate experience, we stayed here for 2 nights. It was really very relaxing and mind soothing. The ambiance, the aura of this property is altogether different. I will suggest all nature loving people to stay at this property once in a life time. The staff here is wonderful all of them they are so concerned and caring,

Room was clean and good enough. Good location point as it's opposite neugal cafe yet not maintained well. Unfortunately it was just me at the property and no food option was available or arranged. Paid for with breakfast charges though they didn't provided anything or even tried to arrange. Sadly have to move out as needed to have extended stay.

Excellent stay . Bed linen needs a change - plain colors . Blankets if changed to just block plain colors would enhance the look of the cottages instead of the flower blankets . # a few more yellow light lamps inside the rooms wud give it a cozy warm ambience instead of mixed yellow white bulbs on the ceiling lights. Great value for money. Loved it and would go back again . Toiletries , if the quality can be improved. :))) These small things will make this beautiful property the bestest in Palampur. My suggestions are not a complaint but a genuine feedback to improve the already beautiful property. That sometimes get overlooked as there’s too much on the plate.

Stayed in this property for 2D/2N on our way from Manali to McLeod Ganj and sharing my experience. The Good - 1. Location of the property, conveniently located on Palampur Road, with tea gardens in the backyard. 2. The room size is spacious (Super Deluxe Mountain View with Balcony) with a clear view of Dhauladhar Peaks overlooking an open garden 3. Cleanliness is good, both in rooms and overall. The Ok - 1. Food was good but the first day they didn't have breakfast buffet so it was made to order, no complaints there though. 2. Staff were courteous but cold in their behaviour except the supervising manager who looked enthusiastic. 3. The bathroom was bit dimly lit that made it appear dirty, request to look into this. The Bad - 1. Considering Palampur is an offbeat destination, the price charged seemed on the heavier side. There was something missing in the overall stay, perhaps because of less visitors as it was weekdays and nothing specific that would make the stay memorable. Anybody visiting Palampur can opt for this if the stay is short because except Bir Billing and Baijnath Temple, Palampur per se has nothing much to offer.
