1. Very well-mannered and humble staff. 2. Food was very delicious especially Vegatable Chettinad (as i like spicy food). 3. Room was neat & clean and comfortable. 4. The resort is really nice and the common areas are very well maintained. The staff and hospitality is good at the resort. We had made prior requests before check in and they helped us out with them all. We had stayed in a cottage. I personally felt the interiors of the room and toilet needed alot more maintenance. Once you enter the resort there are no restaurants nearby and hence you will have to take your food inside only. The food options are very limited. The buffet spread for bf/lunch / dinner was very very limited for the charges we pay. I felt this to be a downside during my stay. Apart from the food, the stay is decent and a good change from the usual routine.

The rooms were neat and all the basic amenities were provided. The main thing that impressed me is parking for my car was provided and the there were no issues during my stay for 2 n

We had wonderful 2 days at havon. Excellent rooms, stay, food, staff, facilities and more. Special thanks to pratheesh, balaji, muthu and a lady sorry i forgot her name. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Food has wide variety and tasty. It’s a huge lit property so you can take a stroll day and late night. There is a small steam you can access via a small 500m trek to spend some quality time with nature. Kids have good play area and pool is neat and clean. Mountain view’s are pretty good too. Service is top notch too. Well mannered and cordial staff. All in all, well managed property with a couple of days to spend some quiet and quality time with a small or big group of people.

Property was very close to palakkad town it was very convenient for us to reach hotel by walk it took us 15-20 min to reach the hotel by walk and about room and room service it is very convincing. Room service is excellent every order will be given to the room directly neat environment and room.

Our stay was memorable here. Very efficient and timely service. The staff are very polite and friendly. Food quality and taste is great. And sightseeing activities are planned effectively. Sayani, our activity planner made sure we visited the best spots at the best time, Debashish, one of the lead staff in charge of cafeteria, took great care in feeding us well, Rajendran, our driver was very friendly and hospitable . We had a 3 day stay and highly recommended. Will definitely come back and spend another staycation here!

No tooth-care kit and room door towards balcony could not be locked. When i stayed in other nearby cheaper hotels like nalanda inn, i could get better room service ( a very good economy rate restaurant and another type right at the hotel) ***** with free tooth-care kit.

Visited the spot for a wedding function. ★ The function was conducted In Velatra Hall. ★ The hall is fully air conditioned. ★ Decent parking space available for Cars and two wheelers. ★ Good cushioned seats and good seating capacity. ★ Dining area available for the same. ★ Lift available.

Myself& wife stayed bet 15th& 17 th April 24.Rooms were ckean& tidy. But no laundry service. Senior citizens like us carry less luggage on long trip,expecting laundry service in such expensive hotels. They said there's no laundry service for few days and no alternate arrangements could be made. Atrocious. Impolite and indifferent behaviour by receptionist. Where to search for laundry in unknown place? Only two attenders for serving all rooms. There's a delay. A/C remote was dysfunctional. Three times electricians came and finally second day night it was alright with simple replacement of battery cells!!!. Very unpleasant experience. The management can educate their receptionists ,especially an elderly one, as to how to behave with customers. Only good thing, their veg restaurant is good . But no idlies in the evenings! I won't recommend.

We had booked a banquet at Tripenta in the last week of January for around 90 guests, and had booked rooms there for our guests for around three nights. The service was nice and the food quality was very good. Above all the F&B head Mr Vinod and team ensured that the entire arrangements at the hall including seating, audio visual equipment, food arrangement were all done with involvement. Staff were polite and prompt. The place was well kept, rooms were nice, well maintained.Location was scenic. We would recommend Tripenta for your stay, as well as if you want to hold private functions.
