It's situated in a natural environment and the location is situated in a remote area. Only those who approach the location thro pvt vehicle like 4 wheeler and two wheeler can stay. No nearby shopping and no cell phone signal tower. The only communication to the outer world is through wi-fi provided by the seattle garden. No tv inside the room and heater (not geyser) is only provided. While bathing no continuous hot water and in the middle i have to wait for hot water. The location of seattle garden and the environment is really amazing. The cooking service is good. The dinning hall with ro facility water and adjourning relaxing place under are very super. The approach of the staff and master is very nice and friendly.

It was not good. They charged for breakfast. Check out time very strict. They didn't give 24hours. They also told had u booked direct with golden palace straight, they would have given 24hours.

An excellent hotel to stay while you are on a trip to namakkal and surroundings for temple visits. Large luxurious rooms with good air-conditioning, 24/7 hot and cold water. Ample parking space. Good complimentary breakfast. Courteous and helpful staff. The three types of drinking water (cucumber, lemon water, pannaham or ginger, jaggery and cardimum water and vettriver roo t water) at the lobby is a novel and tasteful idea. The famous narasimha and anjaneya temple are just 3km away and the famous tiruchengode mountain temple is only about 50km away.

Hot water does not come in the morning until u call the reveption, at my room there was some pipe blockage i did not recieve hot water at all, they allocated a different uncleaned room which was vacated by other guests for taking bath. Very bad

The hotel is value for money. Considering it’s an economy hotel it had clean bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The service provided by the staff was friendly

We loved the stay. The location is good, walkable distance from namakkal fort. The room was very neat and clean. The washroom was very good. They provided enough toiletry’s for all 4 of us. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. They have ample parking facility. Altogether we had a great stay and definitely would visit again
