location good, near to highway. Located at 2nd floor with entrance from side road. Room cleanliness ok. Tv was not working nor they could replace the tv set-up box which was faulty in spite of repeated requests. There is no in-house food service. They depend on outsourcing. Even a packet of biscuit could not be arranged with tea. Only attendant, loaded with so many services was difficult to trace many times. Washroom tap connectors shabby, rusted soap tray.

It was good experience booking the sharda resort from mmt. Hotel is good. Staff is good and helpful. Only one negative point is that there is no electricity power back-up system. Though there is no frequent power fluctuation. Overall good to stay with spacious clean room.
