As a touring musician, I have stayed at upscale hotels worldwide, and this might be my favorite ANYWHERE. VERY comfortable, quiet rooms. The facility is beautiful and welcoming inside and out with a sharp, modern design. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool/spa/gymnasium area -with the excellent view, this was a great place to start the morning! The restaurant and adjacent bar are very nice. Most importantly, every single person who works here, whether front desk staff, security, or ***agement, is OUTSTANDING. They take pride in their hotel and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel is also in a beautiful neighborhood. I sincerely hope to come back!

Property is located on highway and very near to market area benachity and bhiringi. Hotel doesnot have its own restuarant so need to buy food from outside or online apps. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Request to owner - please provide blanket covers as the blankets are used back n back by your customers which can lead to health issues.

The service in this hotel is excellent. House keeping, restaurant services r excellent. The morning complimentary breakfast is definitely excellent. The manpower serving here are above par than the other hotels. They outcase excellent etiquettes towards the guests... The morning breakfast is having delicious items more than stomach full. The staff are above par good here... Few were Moushami, Sushanto, Subodh.... Overall super👌✌

It was a good stay. Overall take care was done nicely, but they charge extra for mineral water, i was like 1000 ruppees and they want 50 more for what, water? otherwise it was fine.

Very average property near Durgapur Barrage. An erstwhile Govt property and now has been leased to a private operator. River Damodar is 3-4 minutes walk from this property. Room and bathroom in the 1st floor are ok but are little shabby and old fashioned. The front corridor looks unassuming, if not ugly. They will give you 2 very small medimix soap and 2 shampoo pouch as ”bathroom toiletries”. What surprised us is the poor and almost worn out condition of the bath-towels. It seems they don't have sufficient staffs to manage the show. Intercom was not functional. We had to call a particular staff (on his mobile) for small issues. But the staffs tried there best to meet our expectation but without that professional touch. May be they need some basic training to look after their guests. The locality doesn't offer any scenic beauty excepting a few trees.

Great location, value, excellent rooms and room service for a very affordable price. I have srayed in this hotel twice now. You will get everything that you might need in and around. Right around the ground floor entrance, there areresraurants, street food, a liquer departmental store, and car park. The biggest mall is about 5 mins walk. Great connectivity as very close to the local transport hub. Its a very safe neighbourhood and the staff are well trained and cordial. This is the reason its our goto hotel every year in Dec for my school union.
