I had already menioned a note before booking to keep the room ready by 4pm , I reached at 6pm and the room was not ready until I was pushing the reception thrice to provide the room at 7:15. Till then I was given a smoking and dirty room a family would not stay. Bed was not comfortable. Only good thing is the rooftop restaurant which we liked and service was good.

We stayed here for a day during our holiday trip. The hotel is very close to hubli railway station and easily accessible. It's a old property but maintained well. However the downside was that, there was smoking smell coming out. Room service was not proper and could be better.

The rooms were maintained pretty well and the cost is affordable and cheap. Kindly improvise hot water facility for bath. Rest everything was superb!

The stay experience is good and comfortable also the location of the lodge is with in the city where you get all the communications nearby hence recommended who are new to the city. I am also looking forward for future staying.

Pleasant experience at lemon tree hubli, located at vidyanagar area near to highway. Hassle free check in with complimentary room upgrade. Spacious and well maintained room. All basic amenities provided. Friendly staff behaviour. Only problem with respect to water logging issue in washroom which was attended by team in time and compliance was provided. Breakfast spread was quite good. Overall was excellent. Must try.

We have stayed here earlier too. No complaints. Food is good, service is always with a smile by room service and house keeping. Cleanliness is maintained. I just wish they would do something about the traffic sound when we stay in luxury room. Maybe the windows need to be more sound proof. Rest no problem.

GGuest UserStay at hotel was good. However, they charged rs590- for one napkin which got soiled when my 10 year old daughter spilled some food on it, which as per them it was not white as was kept intially. I wonder, if my daughter would have vomited on bed, the situation would have been worst. They would have told me to pay over rs25k as a fine. We stayed there for two days, they didn't provide any water or tea coffee kit on next day, which i believe a complimentary item for every new day as water and tea are basic necessity. I have suggested them not to give room service for food or else give prior information to the customer of penalty. I wonder they would have asked us to pay for broken also. Luckily we didn't do it. Be careful of such management in future.
