THE WORST HOTEL EVER!❌❌❌ I’m sure you don’t want to spoil your trip, so do not get a room here. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!❌ Staffs are non welcoming, very arrogant, and non professional. Especially the evening staff (receptionist) are the worst. What I hated the most was : 1) No one welcomed us while we entered. 2) Receptionist charged extra 500 for the second person. Who does that!? Charging for third person is okay but second person!? Seriously? 3) No one carried our luggage till the room. The lift wasn’t working so had to take carry so much luggage all by ourselves. 4) The rude unprofessional evening receptionist gave me the worst hotel room. 5) Room was very DUSTY, UNCLEAN, NO MAT OUTSIDE WASHROOM, THE FLOOR WAS NON SWIPED, THE BEDSHEETS WERE NOT CLEAN, HAD NO VIEW BALCONY ROOM, LIGHTS WEREN’T WORKING, SOME BAD SMELL WAS COMING OUT OF THE AC, THE TOILET POT WAS LEAKING AND THE JET SPRAY AS WELL, WATER KETTLE WAS VERY DIRTY. I was sneezing all ***** because the room wasn’t clean at all. 6) I came here with my girlfriend and she felt very UNSAFE. *****Guys I am putting my time to type such a big bad review to help you figure out with your trip. This place looks good from outside and the photos but the staffs and the cleanliness is ZERO! ❌ Me and my girlfriend just hated this place! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! *****

It’s a budget hotel/apartment, so please ***age expectations. The staff is friendly and very cooperative will give them 10/10. Breakfast is served and they have a standard menu (no buffet), restaurant is okay however the food is excellent . They do not have internet, it’s incorrectly stated on the facilities. Please inspect your room before checking, I had to change my room as the first room was very bad, leaking toilet, unclean room, towels and bedding. I had to make some noise.

Not very far from dabolim airport, close to verna industrial area which was my requirement, good for business stay, good breakfast, room was clean when i arrived, rental scooter available at cost. Overall good experience, at check out, reception asked me if everything was ok with my stay.

The location of this hotel is the key, right in the middle of south and north goa. It was a pleasure staying in such an amazing property of fern. The room was luxurious and spacious too. they serve excellent food, especially the fish dishes. the best part of this property is there swimming pool. its huge and i had great time chilling in it. They got table tennis and even carrom which can keep you entertained. the breakfast buffet had many options to choose from. so certainly a must visit hotel.

Hotel is lovely, staff are fantastic, they just cannot do enough for you. The quality of the food in the restaurant is excellent, they offer a great range of vegetarian options aswell 😋. If you can't find anything you like, just speak to a waiter and they will pretty much cook you anything you like. The Pool is always clean and the Pool staff are very attentive. This is a quiet hotel, so if its noise your looking for, then this is not the place for you. They do have entertainment in the evenings, but again, nothing loud and it finishes at 11pm. We stayed in a club room, and were very happy with that. The only thing with the club rooms is that they are quite near the road that leads to the beach, so you do get some traffic noise (mainly mopeds). You can also hear the trains from these rooms. If you want quieter rooms, then pick the superior rooms which are a little smaller but further from the road. Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday here. Would recommend 👌

There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.
