The highest standard service!!! The best breakfasts and dinners , as foreigners we could try the local cousine which is awesome!!
The staff is super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality so that we decided to extend our stay. It’s a 4 star ⭐️ hotel however thanks to its staff’s approach for me it should be ranked as 5 ☺️ Everything was clean and I felt taken care of. I definitely recommend staying at this property! You won’t regret it!

Food was good. Staff is not supporting. Central location. Rooms are big enough. U will not get basic things like tooth paste and tooth brush you have to carry your own. So it’s not a 3 start property. Make my trip should stop promoting them as a 3 star property.

it was nice to stay in shelsta holiday resort. we had booked 3 rooms. in two rooms the water pressure was low in bathroom. no buckets were provided in any bathrooms so taking bath took more time 😊. apart from that no issues. staff was very courteous and helpful. it has a small pool which is well maintained and clean. it has a small eatery where you can have breakfast and snacks. good parking space for car. hotel premises is clean. walkable distance to baga and calangute beach. overall satisfied with the stay. giving 4/5. thank you makemytrip.

well! Arrived early, we had to wait in the lobby for a while and checked. The desk staff is very unfriendly, but the rest of the staff are very friendly. The swimming pool looks clean, it's too far to walk to the city center, so I need a scooter

The property looks amazing. The staff is too kind and helpful. It is adjustent to the baga beach and is just 1 min walk. The surroundings have many eating options. You get tasty maggie for just 40 bucks. The resort has a nice pool, and i loved their kitchen. The food is very tasty. Overall, i had a great time staying at this property.

The hotel is smaller than I thought.
I had high expectations after seeing the photos, but this is a bit disappointing.
On the other hand, the pool is available late at night, and the facilities are great.
In particular, the meals by the pool and the massage shop inside the hotel are really good.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in very convenient location. 5 minutes walk to baga beach. Tito’s street is just 10 mins walk. Room is spacious. There’s no view from the room and was bit stinky. Might be because of the area behind the hotel. Breakfast had limited choice but was good. Swimming pool is kind of big and maintained well and it’s the main attraction of this hotel. The hotel looks good with a traditional touch. I would say the place is a good choice. I didn’t find any safety issues.

GGuest UserThe stay was so good, best part was the security guard which used to come by every night 9pm. Because of that we felt very safe even on a girls trip. Also the service guy was very supportive of small small thing we asked for through out our stay there. Overall very good experience staying at eros, specially in that locality of baga. Thanks so much.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is very congested. The bathroom and bedroom sizes are small, and the hall sizes are big. There are no elements for hanging towels and clothes in the room and bathroom. No proper mirror or side table. The balcony was there but so many mosquitoes. Food was average. Charges are high for any particular food. The coffee charges were too much as per quality.
