This is undoubtedly the best hotel in Ambikapur. It is located on the NH, on the Rly. Stn. Road. They have a large parking lot and the security staff is very helpful. The rooms are large, well appointed, and clean. The food in the restaurant is good and the breakfast spread is sumptuous. The staff, at the reception and front office are friendly and warm. The internet did not work, I was told there was a problem at the service provider level! Would recommend this property for sure.

The highlight for us was their restaurant, which not only served delicious food but also maintained high standards of cleanliness. The bathroom in our room was spotless and well-maintained, which we always appreciate in a hotel stay. However, we did encounter an issue with the availability of warm water. Despite the prompt response from the hotel service team, who tried their best to fix the problem, the issue unfortunately remained unresolved during our stay. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did not significantly detract from the overall quality of our stay. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the amenities provided were up to the mark. For anyone traveling through ambikapur and looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay, we would recommend hotel avalon inn. Just a small note to check on the warm water situation before settling in, but aside from that, a very satisfactory experience.
