Visited for second time, I don't see much changes in the ambience and food overall it was a good experience. Staff should be more attractive in in terms of customer request while assisting and an overall the food is good it would be better compared to last time

A charming guest house, full of character and packed with amenities. Great value for money. A fantastic find for anyone travelling in this part of India. We needed to break our journey north from Hyderabad, and we were lucky to happen upon this complete gem. Located close by the maternity hospital in the bustling centre of Adilabad; it’s surrounded by the fruit stalls, tea stands and the ever-present building materials. The entrance is notable for the greenery and plant life, you then ascend the wrought iron stairs to the reception. Immediately you’re welcomed into another world; calm, clean and stylish. The guest rooms are a treasure trove of thoughtfulness. Every detail has been considered. The amenities put ***y a four star hotel to shame. We enjoyed our stay here very much. It’s a unique and lovely property, the staff are helpful and friendly.
