Near the pier, have breakfast. The hotel is not so new. It’s enough for 1 night before going to Berau. Staff is nice and supportive.

Access is very easy to reach and find, and also very easy to get to Tarakan Juwata Airport.

The staff so friendly, the one and only have swimming pool my child so happy when we come to tarakan and staycation on swiss-belhotel tarakan, nice place to staycation and quality time with family, i have job here and my family get their holiday.

Friendly staff. Big rooms. Very clean hotel. Bedrooms and towels clean, white. Only on breakfast fruit is not enough, not enough for everyone. I recommend this hotel.

Although not very large, the hotel has a very artistic lobby with ethnic objects and a well-arranged small flower pot, making the relatively narrow room view wonderful.

Save yourself! Its the dertiest hotel you can imagine. Seafront view thru the sticky window is all they got coz everything else is a scam. Tv, WiFi and hot water is not working! Piles of dust in every corner, broken hangers, dirty fridge and kettle, tiles probabbly never washed, sticky brochure with info about restaurant apparently open all day is bull crap. Dirty, burned curtains, rusty, dirty door to every room. At 7:40 Wake up knock to give u white bread with something sweet inside and A cup of thin tea. Dont even mention toilet condition. If u hope for pleasant, clean room, stay away coz pictures from Internet wont show u reality. Sooo disapointed...
