I have stayed at other hotels before Aston Gorontalo but I needed to put their review first as I think they deserve it. Aston Gorontalo is a gem of a place in Gorontalo. I have not stayed at any other hotels but I can vouch for A.G. Check in took a bit of time but it was mainly I didn't have prior reservation. The staff is very very helpful. FnB is super good. The hotel is kept spotless by cleaning staff and its a good property to walk around especially near pool area. I will not think twice to book here if I am going there again. All the very best to their whole team and good work by their management.

I had to stay in this hotel since almost all hotel were fulky booked during my stay period in Gorontalo. This little boutique hotel offers you a homy atmosphere. The staff was nice and helpful. The room is quite neat and clean, but the room amenities was prepared only for 1 guest; You'll have to ask for the extra for the 2nd amenities. The location is near city center. I had an exceptional experience at Yulia Hotel Gorontalo. I booked for my CEO purpose. From the moment He arrived, the staff's responsiveness and friendliness were apparent. Special recognition goes to Jein from the Front Officer team, who was particularly helpful and kind throughout His stay. During His visit, He encountered a minor inconvenience and talked to me about that. When I reported this to the staff, they handled it with such professionalism and courtesy, offering a sincere apology and even extending a dinner invitation as a gesture of goodwill. This thoughtful response made a significant difference and demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Paschal Stefanus Mok, the General Manager, for the generous dinner invitation for my CEO. It was a wonderful experience that truly showcased the hotel's dedication to providing excellent service. Overall, Yulia Hotel Gorontalo exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning by myself in the future. Starting to get a little tired. We stayed in the 'old wing' (the lower of the two blocks) and the rooms need an update/modernisation. One of only a few 'top end' hotels in Gorontalo and so commands a price beyond its value. Look at the more recently built options.

My office held a meeting at this hotel last September. This hotel is strategically located in downtown Gorontalo, adjacent to a mall. Poor service at the front desk. The check-in process was long and difficult. I don't really like the furniture in the bedroom, looks cheap and fragile. Room cleanliness is also unsatisfactory. Breakfast is quite varied and tasty. The coffee is good. In the meeting room, the seating arrangement made the room feel cramped. The projector in the meeting room repeatedly had problem. Overall it's overpriced, but we had no choice since there were hardly any other hotels with big meeting room in downtown Gorontalo.
