I stay in this hotel for a week, I absolutely amaze with the services they provide to me from the security that help us with our luggage’s, front desk who help us checking in, Rio who show us our room and all the staff who help us on our stay. On our second day of our stay in the hotel my sister lost her car key, she throw the keys together with the rubbish from the car in front of the hotel the night before and just remembered about it the next morning. So many staff help us looking after the key even it’s not their fault. Thanks to Eddy from housekeeping, Rio from front desk who keeps looking for the key. The food is very nice, the “pisang goroho and rica roa” is must do order, I also like one of their mocktail with lychee. They have so many choices for breakfast as well, I always looking forward to have my breakfast in the mornings. The room is also spacious plus they have balcony. Their cleaning service also amazing, staff who clean my room also doing a good job. The waitress from the restaurant also really helpful and really humble, staff name “chika, fero” who always smile and helpful. Ido who is also very helpful. Thank you all for your help and services, I will definitely coming back.

I chose this place temporarily by accident. After I took a taxi to the hotel, I really didn't want to get off the bus, because in a small fishing village, the hotel does not have a gate~haha~a fence gate, just a turn at the entrance of an alley. . but! ! but! ! but! ! Do not regret coming! ! After coming in, it seems like a paradise~ Comfortable! quiet! Exclusive! This is the biggest feeling! Everyone in the hotel is top-notch! On the day we checked in, there were only four of us, but even if there were only four of us and two rooms, the hotel did not neglect in the slightest~ All equipment and facilities were open, and afternoon tea was prepared for the four of us, as if it was exclusive to the four of us. We had 2 wonderful weeks staying at New NDC. This place was considered our first home in Manado under the previous management as we had been coming every year since 1997. As this was a diving trip, we had more luggage than normal and they provided more low tables to place the luggage on. The lights in the bathroom and the walk-in closet were dim and it turn out it was faulty and replaced on the same day. The room was big with a king sized bed, the bathroom had bathtub as well as shower cubicle. Service staff was friendly and hospitable. We were treated as family. As a 4 star hotel, it puts out 5 star meals. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves everyday! Looking forward to return here and seeing everyone again. Many thanks for hosting us.!! 😘😘
