The first time I stayed here for business activities. The rooms are very spacious with a wide selection of beds with available room types. The lobby is very spacious and well laid out. Complete facilities include a restaurant, gym, swimming pool, sauna, mini zoo, children's playground and other standard hotel facilities. The swimming pool is very child friendly from babies to toddlers so no need to worry. In addition, there is a whirpool right next to the main pool to soak with grandparents while bringing your little one to play in the pool. If you are bored, there is still a kids club for children to play slides and other agility games, guaranteed to make your child feel at home while waiting for parents to be busy in the meeting room. Breakfast is available with a variety of pastries, traditional snacks, various juices, fruits and a different buffet menu every day, of course delicious and fun to taste all of them. All the staff are friendly, especially Ms.Maharani, she always says hello maybe because I often go back and forth until she knows my name. thank you Ms Maharani for the service and all the staff are also very agile. I will not hesitate to choose this hotel to stay if I go to Bandung again with my family

The hotel is clean. Friendly service, very minimal facilities. Strategic location. Not suitable for family trip because minimal facilities. No one welcomes you at the reception, there were three females reception standing, they gave you eye contact but no one knows how to greet you, they asked if I made the reservation, I told them that I book the room through the booking.com but apparently, they fail to find my name so I decided to give the reservation number on my phone. Hand them my mobile phone to show my booking number but just like a robot one of the females took my phone while her eyes keep staring at the computer. Finally, she found my name on the computer, and she just literally left the counter, took her bags and left to the door behind the counter, she didn't excuse her self, what a bad manner for a young hotelier! Second female reception continue the check-in process, she asked me if I need smoking or non-smoking room, while actually, I made the requested online and called directly to the reception prior to my arrival to ask for non-smoking room, and still, she asked for it. what do you expect from reception that didn't know how to put a smile on the face, I guess they also didn't know how to read guest preferred column on reservation forms Room OK, I don't expect much, and the only reason why I choose the hotel is that I need to use a fresh room that near to my own house, as my family is visiting the city. Housekeepers are great, they smile.....finally !!!
