Appli. I've transferred my type through the application, and the hotel's apparently said there was no cooperation with this application.

************* 'ala kulli haal, ada harga ada kualitas, diwapri pemilik hotelnya satu hari sebelum kedatangan tamu hotel diam saja tidak mau jawab chat dari tamu hotel, kamar hotel tidak sesuai deskripsi, qoddarullah transit semalam saja, lokasi dekat warung makan, kebersihan lumayan, handle pintu kamar mandi rusak, air kamar mandi melimpah, MasyaaAllah. Semoga bisa diperbaiki fasilitasnya dan sesuai deskripsi, lemari pakaian kotor berdebu bagian dalam, sprti ada bercak darah nyamuk atau yang lainnya, kami tak tahu. AC okke

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for my family through traveloka apps, 1 deluxe and other one is superior. I have to pay additional 200 thousand plus to upgrade my children room and get connecting room with my children, otherwise different room class will makes me and my children at different floor. The rate is cheaper for 5 star hotel, however it is covid pandemic so they may give big discounts. Reception was nice, service was also great. The swimming pool was lovely and I could order drink while accompanying my family while they were swimming. Prices are acceptable. You may be charged extra if you want extra shower soap, it would not be much but never see this on any other 5 star hotel. So this would be a great choice when you are travelling for business purpose alone. But if you are travelling with your family you better reserve same class room to get connecting room, otherwise additional charge may be higher at the hotel than through travel apps.

Booking this hotel because it was a morning making up, and it happened to be close to my wedding address. Overall good, the fried rice is good. room view of the pool & street toll. the ac is cold, the room is clean, there is a table for the beauty case. weird on weekday, the price of this hotel is more expensive than the weekend price. have a great memories been here for a Night.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The room is clean and staffs are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and tasty with variety of food served on the buffet. I also had a wonderful experience as I join their Domba nu raos dinner buffet promo. Foods and drinks are amazing with lot variety of dishes and the taste are delicious as well. Thanks you to Pak Andri, the F&B Manager who has recommend us to join the dinner. I really enjoyed staying at Harper Purwakarta and definitely will comeback anytime. Thanks Harper Purwakarta.
