Best Gunung Puyuh Hotels

I have been here many times every time I go to Sukabumi, but I am a little disappointed because when I check in at 2 o'clock, but I have to delay it for about 15-20 minutes because the room is not ready, when I saw it, it turned out that the visitors who were staying in my room just came out. This hotel is located not far from the center of Sukabumi. In general, the hotel is quite comfortable, there is a parking facility in the basement for those who bring their own vehicles. For the room size is quite ok for the size of a budget hotel. However There are some notes that can be considered for the hotel. We stayed around June 1, 2019, for the elevator itself a bit smelly, so there is a cleaner ahead so it can be provided to prevent smell. There are some rooms that do not have windows access, so if you get a room that is not equipped, it might feel 's stuffy'. Even if the KM room was a bit smelly at that time, it might be checked for the KM fan Exos and the drainage. For breakfast served at Rooftop floor (4th floor), but the hotel elevator only reaches the 3rd floor, so it has to access the stairs to the rooftop floor. For the breakfast menu, it's not that many kinds, yes, given this budget hotel, but if it's just for breakfast is still okay. The Rooftop atmosphere is also ok for breakfast in the morning while enjoying the cool morning air of Sukabumi.

Stayed at the underground Green Diamond Hotel after the day visiting the Mountain Tourist attraction. Get kmr Superior, very minimal hygiene. The bedding is black and a bit smelly, the towel smells because it is less clean when washing, there is no coffee tea but a hot water can, no room slippers, toothbrush glass with coffee gift glass, low quality soap, Instead of the smell, it smells bad, the shower soap and shampo are very encer, not fragrant, the light in the shower is dark, the ceramic is old and dirty. The wardrobe also smells, the TV channel is only local. Want to borrow a hair dryer is not available. At the same price, we could stay in a good hotel, but this hotel has a hot and cold water pool, very clean, the cleaner room is clean, the hotel's going to be better in the future.

Excellent service by all the staff. Food wise during breakfast got plenty of variety. Nice restaurant with great outdoor space beside the pool. Spacious and Clean room. Modern meets local design. Overall best hotel in Sukabumi by far. Will come back again during visit to Sukabumi.

It's my second visit here in Sukabumi. Last time I've stayed in Horison. It was my worst experience ever, nonetheless the GM Mr Charlie Budiman is a very arrogant and has zero positive attitude. However, what Sparks Odeon did for me have recovered and healed the painful experience I had. This is really personal and I would give six stars for the extra mile services they provide. From the ladies at the counter who really love their job as I can see they are friendly, courteous and always greet with an extra smile. The guys are full of energy, positivism and they too are very nice. The Front Desk Manager is a great man and has potentially shows friendly leadership. It doesn't need to be luxurious or expensive to get amazing services. My biggest recognition of what I've noticed are the housekeepers. I inspect every inch of my room normally when I come back from outside and every single day my room is fresh, cleaned up nicely, I can tell they cleaned the bathroom very well. The tables are wiped nicely. The spark up my room that i felt so comforting that I need to extend two more nights here. I still have a few more nights, but and I'm still enjoying everyday of my hotel stay. Thank you so much for everyone and keep up the excellent services.

The last time I stayed here was 2 1/2 years ago and had mixed feelings. Now I wanted to give the hotel a second chance. The booking was not easy calling the hotel several times without getting someone on the line. I booked for 9 x nights and arrived at 1930 in the evening. The check in took more then one hour and was done by Sani. Several times he ask me to step aside so he could help other guest. I got one room key that was expired the next day ( I had a booking for 9 x nights ) At check in as asked for extra hangers …the next day twice ! Only the 3’th day the hangers arrived. I asked 4-5 times for a small table in the room ….next to the chair so I don’t have to sit in bed while drinken coffee of eating. It never came On the second day I delivered some laundry…one pink / white polo shirt , it came back later that night with a back stain probably from the iron. I brought it down to FO and they told me that they will wash it again. Next day I asked for the shift ( you have to ASK everyone….no one comes to you ) lady at FO called housekeeping and she told me that they will come to the room 30 Min later a men came to my room “ can I help you “ he asked ??? I asked “ where is my shift “ ? Oh I don’t know anything ….was his answer Next day my shirt came and tie stains where gone. But I decided to leave right away A tip for the hotel manager…..work on communication !!! At check out they wanted to charge me the full amount for the laundry! Never ever again !

This is a family hotel with friendly reception staff with less experience the staff can't do anything about it but the manager is badly organized The room is spacious in the sleeping area but the bathroom is less not clean is a pluck of hair from the previous occupant The price is good buy for 35 euros with breakfast but don't expect too much from the breakfast an Indonesian breakfast and the coffee is also bad
