Love the cleanliness, design and the view tha tis facing mountains and lakes in Parapat. No gojek or grabfood available nearby. So we need to order food from the hotel.
Price for food is reasonable and quite tasty.
But we recommend you to buy your own snacks/foods before check in.
Staff is realy helpful and answer all our queries swiftly. We had a bunch of wet clothes and they offered to use the hotel’s laundry.
Shower is not strong enough but that’s okay. A bit sad that iron is not provided.

Really enjoyed by the scenery of the Toba Lake😍 so happy, the room is clean, but there was some troubles when i want to checked out the receptionist said that we lost the mug, but that was OB’s fault, except from that everything soo nice, we’ll definitely come back!!

Although we have seen some negative reviews we were very happy. Beds and bathroom were fine and the grounds are lovely. We only had breakfast but it was an excellent range. There is no AC but it was ok without it and the shower was warm. The only problem was that the rear window is open and screened so outside noise was intrusive for the light sleepers.

施施Five-star environment, facing the Lake Toba, the scenery is beautiful. Breakfast is also very rich, the waiter is very nice. The only flaw is the room facilities. In addition, the hotel borrowed my mobile phone plug and forgot it. I gave the driver Tyo, and he will return the next time he sends the customer. Sorry, I forgot to return the phone adapter, I gave to my driver Tyo who would give it back next time when he has the customer in your hotel.
