Some parts of the room are damp. But for transit hotels, this hotel is not bad. We stayed because of transit from Palembang and had to go to the airport once in the morning. Location is only 15 minutes from the airport.

staying here for 5days with fam because my parents have business to do in Bengkulu. the staff are really responsive! i sometimes ask for something and it not that long for them to accomplish it. the room is pretty tidy and bright too i like it. the breakfast menu is good, too. well, i love chicken so it is fine with me hahaha i think it is totally worth the price. p.s: would be much better if the staff could be more look confident when greeting the guests. also, please, there are some staff whose body odor smell not so good. please, set a groom standard for them so it would not bother the guests while theyre cleaning up the room thank you so much!
the facilities are quite complete, the gym is quite complete and comfortable although a bit narrow. but for this price, the hope is that there is a small refrigerator in the room.
Good, comfortable, unfortunately I got an old room, the way to the lobby is also a long way to the parking lot, you have to turn around, even though I expected to get a new room
My 3 weeks of stay at Mercure Bengkulu seems too short. Great location, comfy pillows and bed, great amenities, fast Wi-Fi, and easy access to everything around. The staffs were nice and very helpful. My favorite part of stay was the restaurant, great ambiance to eat or simply just having afternoon coffees and snacks with friends. Very clean, very organized and well managed. Great varieties delicious food at the breakfast, enough to accommodate everyone’s taste. I appreciate the great hospitality from the restaurant staffs and Mr. Rizky for making my morning time always pleasant before the day starts. I’d come and stay again no doubt! Highly recommend!
one of the good hotels options in my city. room #520 on the 5th floor but actually this 4th floor. clean room, okay facilities (except the toilet washer is a bit problematic), good cable tv (except net) The breakfast of this hotel makes me feel at home, there's a traditional menu (smoked fish and tappapppp) that's mantapppp
The hotel is strategic in the corner with a row of food stalls on the side. We stayed on the fast moon and got free typical service. The room was minimal, there was a cafe on the 2nd floor for those who want to relax.
It's true that there is a shortage of parking spaces. But it's safe. The place is also comfortable. Clean. Nice bathroom. Breakfast is also delicious although a bit less varied
Very Good

GGuest UserThe service at the front desk was very disappointing. On June 21, I returned to the hotel after returning from a business trip in Bengkulu. I informed the receptionist on duty at 6:00 pm that my room key (guest key card) had been lost, possibly dropped on the street, so I would need a duplicate key to open my room. The receptionist immediately said that if the key is lost, there is a penalty of IDR 50,000. This is the first time in my history in a hotel that a fee is charged for losing a key card when you want to request a duplicate key card. For me, paying IDR 50,000 is not an issue, however is it noted at check-in or on the key card that there is a loss fee for a lost key? Informing guests in advance is very important, especially since Amaris is part of a group of Santika hotels where I believe hospitality / customer focus is a top priority to increase the comfort of guests during their stay. This male reception with astonished face, still doesn't want to give out the new key, instead he says please contact the reception every time you want to open the room door. And the electronic system in the room is turned on manually, you don't need to use a room key, so for me it's strange. The hotel is willing to turn on the power system without power saving mode, instead of giving a new key to the guests to spend IDR 50,000 to the guests, which would probably be more expensive without power saving mode. I tried again to ask the reception for a new key, but the reception didn't budge, didn't even show empathy or apologize for the inconvenience. I asked to call the Duty Manager/FOM, however he told me they were gone and went home. I hope management seriously evaluates this process that puts the guest experience first and not the ego of a receptionist who has absolutely no sense of hospitality. Definitely, this is the first and last to stay in this hotel! No return to this hotel with lack of service.

Mmayasari_oktaservice is generally good, staff is quite friendly, the hotel atmosphere looks clean and clear. The breakfast menu is quite varied even for standard taste only. The room we stayed was quite clean but unfortunately the sink cannot be used and the pipes underneath The sink leaks so the water splashed under the sink.
AAnonymous UserThe atmosphere of the hotel is nice, comfortable, clean and quiet, strategic location next to the main highway, varied breakfast, spacious parking area, there is a BNI ATM in front of the hotel, only the facilities are minus the lift for access up and down the top and bottom floors, no bath soap, It is not recommended if you bring a family group with elderly people to this hotel, because access up and down the hotel still uses manual stairs, over all it's okay☺️
