Cleanliness really need to be improved. Bed cover smelled dusty n the air conditioner needs to be cleaned. Others are OK.

One of the undeniable strengths of this hotel is its fantastic location. Situated near the city center, I found it convenient to explore the local attractions, shops, and halal restaurants. The proximity to public transportation made my travels around the city seamless. The rooms were comfortable. However, they don't provide complete amenities on the second night: couldn't find the small towel and sanitary bags.

Always here because the location is in the city center, everywhere is just walking distance. All the staff are always friendly and very helpful

At Swiss you know what you are getting. Large rooms and everything you need is there. However, the Swiss Hotels and this one are not worth 4 stars. I don't understand why people still stick to the carpet in their rooms to this day. Unhygienic and dingy. All the furniture is a little old and it shows. Sand, paint, done. And mold in the bathroom joints and in the sink really doesn't have to be there. As a transit hotel, certainly good for a longer stay, I wouldn't recommend it.

GGuest UserGreat value for the price. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and got a clean and quiet room (back of the building is very quiet). Good location, easy to walk to many places nearby or to grab a ride on a motorbike or in public transportation. There's a Indomaret just across the road so in case one forget anything to bring, there is a good chance to get it there. Nice breakfast. Food in the small coffeeshop on ground floor always fresh and tasty.
