I visited alkyon hotel in July. Although it is high season, all employees where very friendly. Rooms are clean . The food in the hotel is very good. In the gardens , there is plenty of place for children to play. Three swimming pools are extraordinary for everyone to enjoy summer holidays

Ταξιδέψαμε στο Κοκκώνι Κορινθίας και μείναμε για 5 βράδια (κι εμείς απορούμε πως τα καταφέραμε...) ένα ζευγάρι με ένα παιδί 2.5 ετών στο τέλος Ιουλίου 2024. Όλα ξεκίνησαν λάθος από το check in. Μας είχαν πει από τις 12 και μετά, φτάσαμε 12:45 και το δωμάτιο ούτε καν το έβρισκαν στις κρατήσεις τους. Μετά από καμιά ώρα και αφού λιωσαμε στο ήλιο στην παραλία, είπαν ότι μπορούμε να μπούμε - το να κεράσουν κάτι για την αναμονή ούτε σαν ιδέα υπήρξε. Το δωμάτιο εξαιρετικά μικρό, δε χωρούσε το παρκοκρεβατο - που είχαμε δηλώσει ότι θα έχουμε, το μπάνιο αποπνικτικό και η ανακαίνιση που μας είπαν στην κράτηση γενικά ανύπαρκτη. Σχετικά καθαρό από πλευράς σεντονιων κτλ, αλλά πως μπορείς να καθαρίσεις σκουριές, παλιά φουσκωμένα από νερά κασωματα, μπαλκόνια με βουλωμένα λούκια και ραουλα από αλουμίνια γεμάτα νεκρά έντομα;;;; ( Ναι οι σήτες δεν έχουν εφευρεθεί στην περιοχή). Το πρώτο κιόλας απόγευμα δηλώνουμε βλάβη στο κλιματιστικό. Κανείς δεν ασχολήθηκε... Κάπου εκεί γυρω στις 10 το βράδυ ο ένας εκ των νέων ιδιοκτητών αποφάσισε να ασχοληθεί και καταλήξαμε να αλλάζουμε δωμάτιο μες τα μεσάνυχτα - γιατί δεν υπήρχε τεχνικός είπαν για τη βλάβη. Την τρίτη μέρα δηλώνουμε απουσία ζεστού νερού στο δωμάτιο και η απάντηση της νεαρής υπαλλήλου στην υποδοχή ήταν : ” 2 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο πληρώνετε, τι περιμένατε; Συμβαίνουν αυτά,θα έπρεπε να το ξέρετε, ότι πληρώνεις, παίρνεις!” Αυτή την απάντηση πήραμε για παροχή ζεστού νερού εν έτει 2024 με τιμή δωματίου 81.5 ευρώ τη βραδιά. Μάλλον η κοπέλα τα θεωρεί λίγα για την εποχή μας... Όσο αφορά εστιατόριο και beach bar η κατάσταση περιγράφεται με μία λέξη: ΑΝΟΡΓΑΝΩΤΑ. Καλές πρώτες ύλες, καλός σεφ. Μέχρι εκεί. Κατά τα άλλα, άπειρα νεαρά παιδιά, άσχετα με το σέρβις εμφανώς πηγαινοερχόταν χωρίς να παράγουν ουσιαστικά έργο- ευγενικά παρόλα αυτά. Η αναμονή για φαγητό έφτασε τα 45 λεπτά. Όχι για να μας σερβίρουν, απλά για να πάρουν παραγγελία. Η έννοια του φέρνω νερό στο τραπέζι με 40 βαθμούς έξω... Άγνωστη. Το σέρβις στο beach bar , παρόμοιο σε χρόνους και χωρίς κάποιος από τους ιδιοκτήτες να ασχολούνται, οι οποίοι ήταν εκεί παρόντες και περνούσαν όμορφα με τις παρέες τους. Ελάχιστη χρέωση στα ”κρεβάτια” της παραλίας 20 ευρώ ακόμα και στους ενοίκους του ξενοδοχείου - που ακούστηκε. Τιμές κρασιών στον τιμοκατάλογο 5 ή 7 ευρώ και στη συνέχεια ο σερβιτόρος να δηλώνει ότι ειναι λάθος και κάνει 12 ευρώ. Τέτοια σκηνικά, αγαπητοί κύριοι - νέοι- ιδιοκτήτες, χαρακτηρίζονται τουλάχιστον αστεία. Όχι βέβαια όταν είσαι στη θέση αυτού που πληρώνει. Εκεί είναι θλιβερά. Επιπλέον διαφημίζουν φουσκωτά για τα παιδιά. Εξαιρετικά βρώμικα και το νερό θολό και με ιδιαίτερη οσμή. Επίσης γινόταν χρήση των παιχνιδιών αυτών μέχρι τη μια το βράδυ, χωρίς καμία επίβλεψη, από παιδιά κυρίως εκτός ξενοδοχείου. Μπορεί κανείς να συμπεράνει τη φασαρία... Τέλος το πρωινό μέτριας ποικιλίας, καλές πρώτες ύλες, χωρίς κάποια ιδιαίτερη έκπληξη. Ζητήσαμε πριν την αναχώρηση και την τελική τιμολόγηση να δούμε κάποιον από τους 3 νέους ιδιοκτήτες, αλλά κανείς δε μας έκανε τ

Pegasus Rooms is an excellent option of accommodation in Ancient Corinth. A brief 10-minute walk to the historical site and museum. Highlight – The copious and fabulous breakfast served every day at the top roof of the original building. This was the best homemade Greek yogurt of our trip. Practicalities: - Convenient to have a car, you can park in a nearby parking area, - We did stay in the new building with nice and spacious rooms, balcony, and garden downstairs, - There is a washing machine in the premises, - Very nice spots in the garden to just relax and read, - Very friendly reception, the owners give you tips and hints concerning the neighboring points of interest. In our case it served us as a base to visit Ancient Corinth, Acro Corinth, the Corinth Canal, Isthmia and several beaches. Also, Micenas, Epidavros.

Very Good
I visited alkyon hotel in July. Although it is high season, all employees where very friendly. Rooms are clean . The food in the hotel is very good. In the gardens , there is plenty of place for children to play. Three swimming pools are extraordinary for everyone to enjoy summer holidays

Ταξιδέψαμε στο Κοκκώνι Κορινθίας και μείναμε για 5 βράδια (κι εμείς απορούμε πως τα καταφέραμε...) ένα ζευγάρι με ένα παιδί 2.5 ετών στο τέλος Ιουλίου 2024. Όλα ξεκίνησαν λάθος από το check in. Μας είχαν πει από τις 12 και μετά, φτάσαμε 12:45 και το δωμάτιο ούτε καν το έβρισκαν στις κρατήσεις τους. Μετά από καμιά ώρα και αφού λιωσαμε στο ήλιο στην παραλία, είπαν ότι μπορούμε να μπούμε - το να κεράσουν κάτι για την αναμονή ούτε σαν ιδέα υπήρξε. Το δωμάτιο εξαιρετικά μικρό, δε χωρούσε το παρκοκρεβατο - που είχαμε δηλώσει ότι θα έχουμε, το μπάνιο αποπνικτικό και η ανακαίνιση που μας είπαν στην κράτηση γενικά ανύπαρκτη. Σχετικά καθαρό από πλευράς σεντονιων κτλ, αλλά πως μπορείς να καθαρίσεις σκουριές, παλιά φουσκωμένα από νερά κασωματα, μπαλκόνια με βουλωμένα λούκια και ραουλα από αλουμίνια γεμάτα νεκρά έντομα;;;; ( Ναι οι σήτες δεν έχουν εφευρεθεί στην περιοχή). Το πρώτο κιόλας απόγευμα δηλώνουμε βλάβη στο κλιματιστικό. Κανείς δεν ασχολήθηκε... Κάπου εκεί γυρω στις 10 το βράδυ ο ένας εκ των νέων ιδιοκτητών αποφάσισε να ασχοληθεί και καταλήξαμε να αλλάζουμε δωμάτιο μες τα μεσάνυχτα - γιατί δεν υπήρχε τεχνικός είπαν για τη βλάβη. Την τρίτη μέρα δηλώνουμε απουσία ζεστού νερού στο δωμάτιο και η απάντηση της νεαρής υπαλλήλου στην υποδοχή ήταν : ” 2 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο πληρώνετε, τι περιμένατε; Συμβαίνουν αυτά,θα έπρεπε να το ξέρετε, ότι πληρώνεις, παίρνεις!” Αυτή την απάντηση πήραμε για παροχή ζεστού νερού εν έτει 2024 με τιμή δωματίου 81.5 ευρώ τη βραδιά. Μάλλον η κοπέλα τα θεωρεί λίγα για την εποχή μας... Όσο αφορά εστιατόριο και beach bar η κατάσταση περιγράφεται με μία λέξη: ΑΝΟΡΓΑΝΩΤΑ. Καλές πρώτες ύλες, καλός σεφ. Μέχρι εκεί. Κατά τα άλλα, άπειρα νεαρά παιδιά, άσχετα με το σέρβις εμφανώς πηγαινοερχόταν χωρίς να παράγουν ουσιαστικά έργο- ευγενικά παρόλα αυτά. Η αναμονή για φαγητό έφτασε τα 45 λεπτά. Όχι για να μας σερβίρουν, απλά για να πάρουν παραγγελία. Η έννοια του φέρνω νερό στο τραπέζι με 40 βαθμούς έξω... Άγνωστη. Το σέρβις στο beach bar , παρόμοιο σε χρόνους και χωρίς κάποιος από τους ιδιοκτήτες να ασχολούνται, οι οποίοι ήταν εκεί παρόντες και περνούσαν όμορφα με τις παρέες τους. Ελάχιστη χρέωση στα ”κρεβάτια” της παραλίας 20 ευρώ ακόμα και στους ενοίκους του ξενοδοχείου - που ακούστηκε. Τιμές κρασιών στον τιμοκατάλογο 5 ή 7 ευρώ και στη συνέχεια ο σερβιτόρος να δηλώνει ότι ειναι λάθος και κάνει 12 ευρώ. Τέτοια σκηνικά, αγαπητοί κύριοι - νέοι- ιδιοκτήτες, χαρακτηρίζονται τουλάχιστον αστεία. Όχι βέβαια όταν είσαι στη θέση αυτού που πληρώνει. Εκεί είναι θλιβερά. Επιπλέον διαφημίζουν φουσκωτά για τα παιδιά. Εξαιρετικά βρώμικα και το νερό θολό και με ιδιαίτερη οσμή. Επίσης γινόταν χρήση των παιχνιδιών αυτών μέχρι τη μια το βράδυ, χωρίς καμία επίβλεψη, από παιδιά κυρίως εκτός ξενοδοχείου. Μπορεί κανείς να συμπεράνει τη φασαρία... Τέλος το πρωινό μέτριας ποικιλίας, καλές πρώτες ύλες, χωρίς κάποια ιδιαίτερη έκπληξη. Ζητήσαμε πριν την αναχώρηση και την τελική τιμολόγηση να δούμε κάποιον από τους 3 νέους ιδιοκτήτες, αλλά κανείς δε μας έκανε τ
