Good points: Staff were all exceptional - everyone was lovely and helpful and extremely patient. We particularly liked how Nicoletta treated us throughout our stay. All staff were so kind and friendly. Early check in - we were so grateful at being allowed to check in early and to be given water and tea while waiting for a room. Late check out - we were very happy to be allowed to check out at 13:05 (Anastasia gave us an extra 5 minutes!). Rooms: Size was really good and kept very clean. Developmental points: Breakfast: we found the food didn't have any variation throughout our stay and the quality of it wasn't what we had expected for a 5 star hotel - we were really disappointed. My daughter would only eat white bread (if it was available) so we'd resort to visiting another cafe for breakfast later in the morning. Rooms: Although the size of rooms was great, the rooms were very tired and in no way represented a 5-star stay. Shower room was unsatisfactory (difficult to get hot water, for example), soundproofing was poor, despite asking 3 times, room lighting was only partially fixed. Noise: On the first night, we really struggled to sleep due to poor soundproofing due to the room being connecting to another room. Thankfully Anastasia addressed this and we moved to another room which was a little better. Late check out: We would have been more appreciative for a later check out or at least adequate facilities to allow a shower etc - the outdoor shower doesn't work properly and is not 5 star standard for guests to use while changing. So, overall, I was disappointed with the stay, although happy to meet some lovely people who work there.

This is a lovely hotel— spacious well-appointed rooms, little balconies (but no outdoor furniture), nice breakfast buffet, welcome snacks, lemon water in the lobby, nice courtyard area. BUT it is in a desolate flat commercial wasteland of abandoned buildings, grubby auto shops & even the occasional streetwalker behind the hotel.I’m not saying the area isn’t safe (as an American, I was probably much safer here than at home), but it is almost a 3km walk to anything of interest as a tourist. unless you are attending a conference onsite (as we were), you can find cheaper hotels in more attractive neighborhoods closer to town.

A couple of miles walk from the centre of Thessaloniki, but an easy walk. Can get a parking space outside, but traffic is mental and can take you ages getting in and out of the city. When walking to Thessaloniki centre you walk past what seems the immigrant centre of Greece which can be a bit intimidating but I was fine. Receptionist was amazing and upgraded my room for free. Breakfast wasreally bad, never had such bad food but what do u expect for the price I paid. I’d stay here again if I was visiting Thessaloniki but If your looking for luxury or anything 3* and up, this isn’t it 😂

The hotel is out of city but is good for car rental as a public car part is nearby the hotel. The room price is fair and a large shopping mall beside the hotel.

Επισκεφθήκαμε το urban donkey 27-30 Οκτωβρίου. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο και πολύ άνετο για 4μελή οικογένεια ! μάλιστα η πολύ μοντέρνα και έξυπνη κατασκευή της κουκέττας έδινε στα παιδιά την απαραίτητη ιδιωτικότητα. το προσωπικό στην reception εξαιρετικό όπως και η κυρία του καθαρισμού που πρέπει να αναφερθώ. Πολύ ευγενική χειρονομία τα νεράκια και τα ροφήματα + σοκολατάκια για τους φιλοξενούμενους. το parking δεν με δυσκόλεψε ιδιαίτερα σε σύγκριση με το χάλι της Θεσσαλονίκης - ωστόσο θα πρέπει να προβλεφθεί 1 θέση για άφιξη αναχώρηση επισκεπτών.
