A week in this hotel was a wonderful holiday. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms, very comfortable bed. A small minus - a bit small bathroom, not very convenient to get out of the bath, but it's not such a big problem. I also do not understand why some people write that there is a lot of noise, I did not notice it. Also I do not understand the negative reviews about the food. The food is incredibly tasty and very varied, I am sure that everyone can find something to their taste. The cooks try their best, and the service of the waiters is very attentive, timely and unobtrusive. The rooms are cleaned every day with a change of bed linen. Everything is very clean and tidy. The pools in the hotel are excellent, there is a lot of space and a large territory of the hotel. On our arrival all the rooms were occupied, but there was absolutely no impression that there were too many people, as the territory allows you to feel free. A large number of places to sit and relax, a lot of tables throughout the hotel with beautiful views of the sea and the city, enough sun loungers by the pool and on the beach. A very clean beach and a clean warm sea. The only small drawback is that there are pebbles at the entrance to the sea, it is not very convenient to enter, but these are minor things. I also really liked the spa services, great pleasure and a pleasant addition to the rest. Perhaps the hotel has some shortcomings and perhaps it does not reach the full five stars, (this also applies to the visitors themselves, 90 percent of whom did not bother to follow the dress code at dinner, and then write that the hotel does not monitor this, start with yourself!). In general, this is definitely an absolutely worthy hotel!

Perfect stay in Sitia. Everything was great I arrived at 1.30am and there is a 24h reception. The rooms are clean and big, the bathroom is clean and good shower yet little old. A terrace with city and seaview. A good breakfast included. The rooftop bar with swimmingpool has fantastic views over the bay. Decent restaurant in front of the hotel. Located on the best location. The only negative part was no soundproof walls. I loved my stay there!

酒店離碼頭很近。店家服務很好，提前通知了如何自己取鑰匙進房間。所以到酒店雖然已經很晚，進房間一切順利。房間裏裝修現代，很乾凈舒適，就是床有個平台需要爬上爬下。衹住了一晚上，還是挺滿意的。
