The location of the hotel is not very convenient. There are no good transportation facilities, supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area. You need to walk for a while to reach the bus station and restaurants. The hotel's front desk clerk was very nice, but the hotel did not provide comprehensive equipment, such as slippers and hairdryers.

Always get a warm welcome at Redwings. The staff are lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by bars and restaurants and on the main bus route into Birmingham city. Perfect for a short stay at reasonable prices.

Met with a warm greeting at reception. Registration was swift. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Excellent facilities both at the hotel and nearby. Food and beverages are reasonably priced. Breakfast was plenty and wholesome.

I stayed for a professional healthcare conference Friday/Saturday. Excellent experience from the hotel team. Ample parking, seamless check in and check out. The rooms are modern, very comfortable and immaculately clean. The food was very good quality and the hospitality of staff was outstanding. Very attentive and efficient at what they do! I was very impressed by everything at this hotel. Would’ve liked to have stayed a bit longer, but it was a full on conference. Thank you to the hotel and staff who made our stay very pleasant.

2 nights stay. Visiting my son. Very nice staff in all areas. I slept really well. Nice quiet room. Lovely breakfast. I will definitely stay again. It has everything you need for a short stay... I would recommend it. In general... It's 3 stars and priced to reflect it.

Fabulous fabulous fabulous. Food was exquisite, staff from bar to table were attentive, polite and service was exemplary. We had a gorgeous meal, both chose steak which was to die for. My friend had the brownie which was rich, velvety & melt in your mouth and I had the caramalised custard tart which was just perfect! Being locals we have eaten here quite a few times but was really excited to try now Rob is on board & we were absolutely blown away. Thank you for a fabulous evening.

Hotel was in right location for my trip and staff was very helpful at all times and also book taxi for us which was no trouble to them . I will be booking this hotel next time we go to Birmingham.
