Staff were more than helpful, very friendly , The room was smart, clean and it HAD A BATHTUB which was amazing! Only an extra £5 to add on the gym and pool pass , which we didn't end up using but it was a bargain .
The 1 bedroomed apartment I stayed in was lovely, very clean and modern with a small well equipped kitchen including toaster, kettle, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher tea bags and coffee sachets. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom large and attractive with a lovely walk in shower.
The hotel is in a lovely location, in the old part of Hull, the Marina is about a 10 minute walk.
Points to note,; it's a stones throw from Hull Minster and the bells are loud and ring every 15 minutes 24/7. The windows are not double glazed to prevent sound from the outside, but ear plugs are provided.
There is no reception or staff onsite, so you need to know what room you are staying in and you need a PIN to access the property and your room. Call the hotel direct to arrange this as the trio confirmation does not include room number or PIN.
I booked a hotel for a friend. I heard that the corridor was designed with nine twists and eighteen bends. After four doors, it was not easy to find the room. The rooms are ok, there are Chinese supermarkets around.

Sound enough for the price. I’ve stayed a couple of times and you don’t want a room on the road, the hgv’s pulling out of the docks at 4am aren’t quiet.

Very close to hull train station and the center of town. Decor is dated but functional. The bath was big and comfortable and filled up quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful and made the stay easy. Staff and location the highlight for me.
I was just disappointed of the initial checkin as I got in my room my request was never made. Very simple. I ask the 2 single beds to be combined to make it bigger. But nope.
The late checkouts despite of willing to pay extra was just as it is. I could pay an extra night if I have to if they said so but no.
We were from night shift of work and finished at 7 am that we got to the hotel at 7:30 and after breakfast few minutes of rest then we slept off. We got a call at 11 telling us about the checkout and told them I have already asked for the late checkout for extra charges but its only for 2 hours. Nothing more. The attendant started banging the door telling us to checkout as she needed to changed the sheets and so on and so for. We find it really rude.

Excellent
WWill JiThe environment is really good, the room is relatively large, the hygiene is good, clean and quiet, the facilities are a bit old, and some things are not complete. Overall it's good, recommended
GGuest UserThe instruction on access to the hotel carpark could do with being highlighted at the time or soon after the booking because we had stopped in front of the hotel entrance at street level which is a bus lane and bus stop and we are a little worried right now for getting a bus lane ticket. The sign for the car parking arrangement is a small plaque next to the hotel entrance we can see from the car at the kerb side but we had already gone onto the bus lane.
Another slight moan is the bed being a little too soft and in these day and age it should be a king size bed….
However, we are happy with the helpfulness of the staff both at reception as well as during breakfast.
SshocarNice enough hotel, please be aware that the contact number you are given for help throughout your stay will not be answered out of office hours.
Smart tv apps won't work due to some internal internet settings.
Oven was dirty and door handle on bathroom hanging off meant couldn't close bathroom door.
Not great from what is meant to be a luxury service
SSueAIt's my first visit and I'm absolutely amazed of the food and service. The views from my room were stunning, overlooking the Marina and the staff have been really kind and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel for my next trip to Hull. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserGreat place to stay
Clean on arrival with keen attention to what was requested
Just that there isn’t much options for food especially if you are one who feels lazy to order things online
If only they could do well to add menu varieties to their hotel plans but in all it was a great experience and peaceful
Staff who attended was quite nice and friendly
NNikkiP.The staff at the hotel was really lovely and the location was good. That's about it on the good things.
It was really not worth the price, poor cheap bedding, messy floors, I wouldn't dare putting my clothes in the wardrobe either, really smudged bathroom and lack of soap and other amenities. I stayed there one night which was ok but would definitely consider a different spot next time around.
ZZach HoltPleasantly surprised. Rooms were spacious and clean. Check in and check out was a breeze. Hotel is located right next to the retail park. Breakfast buffet was very affordable with a great selection too.
VVaughanSarahMet by friendly and courteous staff at reception. Room was clean, and View was nice from the room. The shower was terrible! Luke warm at the hottest temperature and freezing when you turned the temperature any other way. We ordered food from the qr code for room service because my daughter wasn’t feeling very well, but waited over an hour and it never came. I tried to ring down for about 20 mins but no one answered the phone. I went down to reception and spoke to the lady who was very apologetic and explained that the app never works, if this is the case perhaps the hotel should remove the codes from the room and replace with a traditional room service menu instead! The lady on reception did all she could to rectify the problem and seemed to be used to this happening. Unfortunately because I had to wait so long for room service( was just meant to be a snack) I missed out on using the facilities so can’t really comment but they did look good . Breakfast was fantastic I have to say, well cooked and lots of choice, serve yourself which I enjoyed.
KKarenStaff were helpful and lovely , food was good , service was excellent, rooms need to be upgraded , stains on the wall , carpet ripped, toilet was very lose , every time you used it you felted like the tank was going to fall , nasty stains in the toliet bowl , tv on the wall was very small , the picture next to it was bigger, bedding and towels were clean
